Rich was like an extra older brother to me growing up in Long Island, and I still feel close to his entire family. His loss will be keenly felt, but his fine character lives on in our memory.

I heard the sad news today of Rich's passing. My condolences to the Rosenthal Family. I had the pleasure of working with Rich at HSBC. He was a kind person, always willing to help others. He was very good at his job and I am sure he will be missed deeply. Rich left a legacy on this earth of caring for others and always willing to step in and help. May you tell stories often of all the good times. I will remember him fondly and will miss his presence. All the love to help you through these difficult times.

Rich & I shared an apartment with two others at Clarkson University for a year. He was our favorite "chef". Sense of humor despite being in one of the toughest schools. So sorry to hear he has left us. Condolences to family.

Thinking of Rich and the times we shared together at HSBC. He was a great partner to work with, and always had a smile on his face. I am so sorry for the Rosenthal family, as you have lost a warm and caring member. Rest in peace my friend.

Dear Rosenthal Family,
I am very saddened to read of Rich's passing... He was my Service manager at Towne Lincoln Mercury back in the mid 70's and I really did not appreciate his professional prowess as a young auto mechanic. My most valuable lesson learned from Rich was a Good/Strong work ethic and appreciation for corporate hierarchy! Although I knew Richard late professionally from NFADA I never really told him of his impression on my life and to apologize for any disrespectful comments made while under his employ.
Sleep well Rich and please know that you did make a positive impression on my personal and professional life that I will take to my eternal rest Sir!
Prayers for your family in your memory...
Sincerely with Respect,
Mike Kriegbaum
