Looks like a simple stand alone installer, I dont think this has any drm. Considering the price 2.50$.

At first its a bit confusing if your trying to rush through the gameplay. Not very straightforward.
Very nice idea to go about this game. Takes a while to get used to INTERFACE, very different than others, but I liked it.

Shouldnt be a problem for other OS's either.

Product did not load on my computer as it was supposed to. I now have a bunch of crap files I need to delete now for the bargain price of $9.99! Their has to be a way that they could let you know if your device is compatible and then tell you to not buy the item. I have been playing this game for almost 20years and it never gets old but now that I cant play it I suppose it will get old. If I could give it no stars I would! So angry about this.

Jagged Alliance 2 downloaded quickly and plays normally on Windows Vista. Have experienced no problems from this digital version that were not present in the original, disk-based version. This is different from the Gametap version, which crashed consistently on the same platform.

If you like JA2, this version works great.

I bought this game when it first came out and it was good. The version I downloaded now is so cut and dry; certain parts of the original gameplay are missing. Now it seems like no more than a turn base combat simulator. Don't get me wrong the add ons to this game are great but the original product has obviously suffered through time.

I played this game many years ago when it was first released. The graphics and animation was ahead of it's time, and even today, is decent. For beginners, this can be very difficult and frustrating. Not your average run of the mill game where you can just run thru and complete in a few days! A real challenge to get a top notch merc team to take into endgame! Option to turn on/off blood & gore - and it can be bloody! Interaction between the mercs can be hilarious and comical to entertain you.
I'm running this on Windows 7 64x, and had to do some tweaking, especially in the audio files. Other than that, works fine. Should work fine with XP with no tweaking.
All in all, hours of enjoyment for you warriors out there!
