I was watching Jenn Im on YouTube and she said that her dress was from j.ing. I looked up the website and it seems legit, but has anyone ordered from there before? What is the quality like?

I find them similar to h&m quality. They use a lot of cheap fabric, but they set it at a high price. Maybe the sale they have now is alright. Keep in mind, they don't really last too long. The pair of trousers I bought got ruined after 2 washes.
I actually bought the dress that Jenn Im has (assuming you mean the puffy polka dot one). I actually really like the quality! It’s the most expensive dress I have and has lots of tulle underneath. However, I’ve only worn it once and keep it in the bag it came with for safe keeping 😂
Yea! I meant that one haha. It’s in her most recent video. Do you find that it’s comfy to wear? The thing I hate most is when I buy something that looks super cozy but it’s actually made with awful material that’s scratchy and uncomfortable.
It’s comfortable but not super soft or anything! I can’t speak too much about the quality in comparison to other brands just because I don’t usually buy expensive things 😂 but the dress does have 3 layers (a comfortable flowy “slip”, a layer with tulle to add volume, and the outside layer). It’s definitely a piece that I’d buy again if I had the chance but just beware that a lot of people will recognize the dress and know where it’s from 😂 I’ve had a couple friends ask if it’s the dress from J.ing!

I have been extremely unsatisfied with their service and I rarely write bad reviews, but this has been extremely frustrating.
First, shipping is too slow. They keep your whole items for the back ordered items. If the item is not available it should not be displayed for sales. It took me a month to receive my items. Second, the clothes are made from cheap material and run too small!!! Third and most important of all, the customer care do not reply back to your return request.
Going through this now. 0/10 don’t recommend
I came here to ensure i wasn't catfished. Ordered a few things from Jing over a month ago and there's no response from customer care even after i dropped a few messages to them to help me locate my items. Not even able to track my order in any way possible so i placed my hopes on them.
Did you ever received what you ordered? Did customer care ever respond back?
bruh i ordered something in like dec 2023? and i still havent received anything and the status on my order is still “awaiting shipment” ffs. too bad the credit card i used to purchase has a shitty dispute policy so thats basically $100 down the drain
That's what happened to me. i ordered in December and all they said was that it might take a while and after three months it still says "awaiting shipment" I spend 100 something dollars and had seen video reviews that show the clothes and I thought it would be good. I'm so frustrated

I'm in the same boat - I place a massive order three months ago in early Feb and it hasn't shipped yet. I contacted customer service 3x and they said they will send it via priority shipping, but when I asked if they have an estimated ship date, radio silence. So frustrating :(

I’ve had 10+ orders in the past that were fulfilled on time with no issue. I don’t know if their fulfillment problems are a recent thing or if I was just lucky in the past 🫤

I randomly have a pair of sunglasses, purchased in China. Probably my favorite sunglasses, they were $75 USD, and they don’t feel cheap or like they’re break.
For $75 USD you can get designer frames from TJMaxx or thredup or something 🥲

I'm commenting a little later but I would say that their size charts are pretty accurate to how they'll fit. I'm normally a small in tops and a small/medium in pants and I ordered large skirts and small tops based on my measurements. The large skirts fit perfectly!

It's not the quality you have to worry about. Their customer service is non-existent and many buyers, including myself, have been scammed out of our hard-earned money.

I ordered $200 worth of clothing back in November 2022 and I still haven’t received my order and I have contacted them every month. They keep making excuses after excuses and saying they would give me refund and never did. Please be ware!
I have been trying to place an order there today and it won't even let me enter a method of payment. But based on the comments upthread, maybe that's for the best?!
I bought some clothes from them on Dec 28, 2022 and I still haven't received my order. Sent emails to customer support and heard nothing back. There goes $120. I wonder if I can report them as scam
