The location, decor and vibe of this hotel are perfect. The laid back atrium environment is a nice place to hang out. The staff are professional and helpful at all times. The rooms - we had 2 - are comfortable in that scandì way. Excellent bathroom. I thought that the breakfast pastries were superlative - outstanding. A great 2 night stay in Copenhagen. I will return for sure. One small thing: I loved their shoe horn and wish that I had taken it home with me! Unfortunately my conscience forbade me from doing so! Sadly they do not sell this simple excellent accessory.

We were first drawn to this new hotel in the center of Copenhagen from internet research. Impeccably presented with beautiful interior design, this relatively new 5 star property is located on the water and well positioned to allow for exploration of the city. Suited to tourists as well as business guests the hotel offers well appointed rooms, comfortable beds, excellent towels & robes and attentive service in all departments. Please note, if outlooks and positioning within the hotel are of importance to you I would highly suggest contacting the hotel to get advise on room selection. We booked a Premium category room but made a poor selection based on the limited explanations on the hotel website and ended up on the ground floor facing an office building with parked vans, workers taking smoking breaks and a complete lack of privacy. The premium room category provides ample space with 53M squared but the descriptor does not state this room is a low floor room without a view. You need to book the room 'with a view'. I honestly don't recall that being offered from the list of available rooms when I booked so its quite possible the 'view' category had sold out. In any case, only certain rooms will offer views of the river so it is best to coordinate with the hotel if you have any questions. We stayed one night in our original room but the situation was not ideal - a combination of our poor selection and lack of detailed info on the hotel website. Mehmet Ali, one of the managers was most accommodating and assisted in moving us for our 2nd and 3rd nights to a room offering a spectacular view. We are very grateful for the kind and generous upgrade as this certainly was not our focus in trying to change our accommodations. Mr. Ali is dedicated in his role and wanted to ensure we had a good experience at the NH Collection Copenhagen. He personally saw to it that we were comfortable and indeed we were. Breakfast at the hotel is what one would expect from a fine hotel and the content of the buffet and overall service was a great way to start the day. We did not use the fitness facility but did enjoy the hotel bar where cocktails are professionally mixed and served by a friendly and competent team. We would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again for future visits to Copenhagen.

This is the first hotel I stayed in Copenhagen. The entrance was amazing by the lobby. Just after Christmas, there were Christmas decorations everywhere. The brother at the front desk is also very handsome. Two hundred meters away is the Town Hall Square, which is very convenient to go. This is more cost-effective than another hotel that was twice as expensive as the one I went to later.

A very aesthetically pleasing hotel with lots of pictures, sculpture and fun exhibits and lights. Huge venue with several bars and restaurants - the ones we tried were very good. Great service from lots of staff. Big room, very comfortable and clean. Only issue was that the toiletries in the bathroom were not filled up. The gym and pool area are very well Equipped although I didn’t like the fact the gym was on a glass corridor where people walk past with their bags etc.

The house is too old, with poor sound insulation and outdated facilities. Since the north is the main road of the city, the light rail will cause a building earthquake! !! !! Sports car exploded! !! !! Police cars often whistle! !! !! The parking lot had no access to the lobby, and the flow line was so big that we dragged our luggage around a large circle, which was extremely inconvenient. Location is acceptable, just outside the city.

We decided to stay at Cityhub as Copenhagen is quite expensive and we were on a budget - we didn’t regret this choice. The cabins are of course small, but well designed and we managed to store 2 large suitcases and 2 rucksacks comfortably. The hub was super clean and they provided towels and robes. The bed itself was very comfy and the feature to adjust the lights using their app was really fun. The hub has air con and is sound proofed, so we slept very well. The hangout area is cosy and has a nice vibe in the evenings especially. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and included nice shower gel, shampoo and body lotion. The only negatives I’d say are that the hubs aren’t pitch black during the night as the slats on the window do let in some light. Also, the hairdryers in the bathroom were terrible and only 1 out of 3 would actually work. Finally, the sauna was not that pleasant and had a funny smell. Despite this I would 100% recommend cityhub, it’s something new, affordable, and cosy.

The hotel breakfast is really amazing. There are actually herring steaks, soaked in garlic sauce, the taste is absolutely amazing. The bread is also delicious, sandwich jam bread baked by yourself. There is a lake behind the hotel, you can go for nothing, Nordic style, and contact with nature. The only disadvantage is that it is a little far from the Central Station, but if the luggage is not very large, walking is acceptable, about 800 meters. Easy shopping around. I returned to this hotel because I had a great time last time. The hall is too cute, eco-sustainable, industrial style, well furnished, clean, comfortable and beautiful, it offers a table football and a ping pong table to have fun pleasantly. The assistance is super, the guys are extremely nice, helpful and always with a smile. The rooms are large and the bed very comfortable, the breakfast is excellent. varied and of very good quality, it is definitely worth including in the reservation. The location is also perfect, very close to the central station and Tivoli. Check-in and check-out can also be done independently, free luggage storage. Super recommended!

We booked a room through Hotwire.com and were very pleased to find that we got the Mayfair Hotel in Copenhagen as it is very conveniently located in the Vesterbro area. We only booked for one night on the way to Schweden. The Hotel is very nice and big, but now here is the not so good bit. We booked the third an most expensive a twin room and we got a broom cupboard as a room. It had a 150cm wide bed, but you could only get in from one side. The bathroom was also beyond his heydays. If they want give you room 1044 decline it. With two people in it you could barely turn without hitting each other. Needless to say we were not happy with the room and went to complain. The manager was very apologetic and got our points. He offered us an upgrade to a bigger room, which had a nice king size bed. He wanted another DKK 260.00 for the night. In the end we got it cheaper, because we wanted a better room an were tired. In fact I would have expected a free upgrade but that did not happen. From a business point I would hire that manager, because he was very good at upselling. Just of this review, give room 1044 a wide birth

It is already autumn, and hotels in Northern Europe are still very expensive, 3-4 times more than in April. If you are short of money, you can book the Youth Hostel. The 8-bed room is relatively small, but it's enough for a night's sleep. They are all young people, and there are also couples who come to live. Two bathrooms, three bath rooms. The bathroom is good and the shower is a bit close. It's very close to the railway station, just outside. It is inconvenient to swipe the card at the front desk, and a chip card must be used. Breakfast is ok, 55 CZK, freshly baked bread.

Having tootled across Denmark for 10 days, I became something of an expert at navigating best value hotels... this one wins hands down. Like, by a country mile! Despite being in a kinda scuzzy neighbourhood, which for some reason is where most cities' primary train stations seem to be located (hotel is about 3mins walk from Copenhagen Central - best to exit station at rear) this place comes with NONE of the slapdash, take-it-or-leave-it, mouldy, threadbare, thin-walled, stinky vibes that one usually finds in hotels in such hoods. The place is spotless...bathroom was immaculate (no tiny little latherless green soaps here, but rather Oriental Lavender bodywashes, if you don't mind!)...the room itself: modern, relatively spacious, hard floors with that ”Scandinavian” Ikea-esque furniture and bedding. Bedside chargers. Cool TVs that let you mirror your phone as Boris Johnson finally resigned. Small fridge. Aircon. Nice towels. ”New-feeling” crisp bedding. And perhaps the best thing, was the overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They genuinely seem to all take pride in how they run the operation. You can get laundry done at their nearby sister hotel The Saga (where staff were also really nice). Anyway... enough blathering...I normally only write reviews on here when I'm pissed off with something. It was nice to write some positivity for a change. If it's available at a good rate (and the prices were good) you don't need to look anywhere else. S
