IT was fn company to work for but you had to work long hours. to see a good paycheck. The management was ok but could be better. I was there for 7 years

Customers ruin the job

The employees were great, made lasting friendships to this day, but the irregular hours for management and the trashy Wichita customers ruined the job for me Pay was pretty good, most the year they had events where if you sold certain items than you would get a commission as long as it was in your department.

your life must be for the company

Everything is for the company. Late, and long hours. Made to work overnights, or at another store, even if you object. If you want to move up fast you have to be willing to relocate to other city's or states. Always under the General Offices's thumb. Not much thinking for yourself.
