The game engine for Need For Speed Heat is Frostbite. Need For Speed Heat will require Radeon RX 580 4GB graphics card with a Core i7-4790 4-Core 3.6GHz or Ryzen R3 1300X processor to reach the recommended specs, achieving high graphics setting on 1080p. 16 GB will also be needed to achieve the Need For Speed Heat rec specs and get 60FPS. i know im late but, you can rum high settings with 40-50fps at 720p. I personally found this game to be worse at low than high 720p and you will get around same FPS (maybe little more stable).
