Some of those who embrace the concept of “Ancient Aliens” as being a reasonable theory that explains humankind’s rapid evolution believe that Moses and other prophets were given the 10 Commandments and other spiritual and moral revelations directly from extraterrestrials.
They also credit ancient aliens with providing “manna from heaven” to many different groups of people on earth who were facing extinction through starvation. Some of them state that references to manna from heaven could be found in Native American stories handed down for generations that told of corn and potatoes – potatoes were not known in Europe at this time – being brought to them by a “flaming canoe.”
These Ancient Alien Theorists contend that this refers to a spaceship because the Indians considered the canoe their highest form of transportation. They add that cultures throughout the ancient world referred to these same extraterrestrial vehicles as “winged chariots and winged white horses.”
Ties between Jesus Christ & Ancient Aliens
However, some of the concepts Ancient Alien theorists put forth will still raise eyebrows today and spark cries of blasphemy.
Here is what one anonymous Ufologist believes:
“Jesus was born of Mary, who was a space person sent here already pregnant in order to show the earth people the proper way to live,” he said.
The contemporary version of such inseminations today are called alien hybrids by some in the UFO community. Although not easy to dismiss, such theories cause great controversy — and any unbias observer can see why.
My Own Research
My own research has found that claims of a God-incarnate savior being born of a virgin such as Mary are not confined to Christianity.
In his book “The World’s 16 Crucified Saviors,” written in the late 1800s by researcher and spiritualist Kersey Graves, he lists the many claims in various world cultures of divine saviors of mankind being born of a virgin:
“From the religious records of India, Egypt, Persia, Greece, Rome, Mexico, Thibet, etc. Maia, mother of Sakia and Yasoda of Chrishna; Celestine, mother of the crucified Zulis; Chimalman, mother of Quex-alcote; Semele, mother of the Egyptian Bacchus, and Minerva, mother of the Grecian Bacchus; Prudence, mother of Hercules; Alcmene, mother of Alcides; Shing-Mon, mother-of Yu, and Mayence, mother of Hesus, were all as confidently believed to be pure, holy and chaste virgins, while giving birth to these Gods, sons of God, Saviors and sin-atoning Mediators, as was Mary, mother of Jesus, and long before her time.”
In addition to this, some Ancient Alien theorists claim that these beings had their hands in all the revelations of the great religious teachers, and their communications with so-called “angels” were really their communication with ancient aliens trying to show them the way to live in peace and harmony.
Again, there is corroborating evidence to this found in a statement in Graves’ book where he lists the prophets or god-incarnate saviors that have appeared throughout the ages claiming to have communicated with God, angels, or have been seen by their followers ascending into heaven. They include:
1. Chrishna of Hindostan.
2. Budha Sakia of India.

An Extraterrestrial Rapture
Despite this alleged worldwide and centuries-old intervention by ancient astronauts, some Ancient Alien theorists that humankind has so far failed miserably, and that only a few had embraced what the extraterrestrials were trying to teach them.
They believe when mankind is soon on the brink of destroying the earth’s ecology and themselves through rampant pollution and war, extraterrestrials will suddenly appear and evacuate those who were the last generation of their hybrid offspring.
I don’t take a position on the theory, but I have to admit it is interesting. We will discuss more of these growing-in-popularity Ancient Aliens theories in future posts.
