Bought this for Christmas 2023 for my Grandson. The light doesn't work properly. Changed the batteries and the light still doesn't work properly. I was going to return the mask but the box that the mask came in was thrown out so my Grandson is stuck with this mask that the light doesn't work properly

Skip it - buy one that doesnt have special features OR remove the battery before they know it's SUPPOSED to light up.

Looks really neat in the store and for about an hour after it’s opened. The light up function doesn’t operate properly. As many others we replaced the battery thinking it was the problem - nope. Absolute garbage toy for small children. For $10 or less I would say that’s what you pay for but at a retail price of over $20? Definitely not what one should expect.

I thought the battery was dead when mask didn’t light up when lifted. I put a new battery in, it lit up, put it all back together, but when I would lift the mask, it would not light up. Would have been cool if the light worked all the time, but my son lost the mask to his iron man costume so it works out.

Our kiddo loves the mask but the mask never turned on. We’ve tried replacing the battery and it never worked. Maybe that’s not a bag thing but our kiddo would have liked it better.

We lost my daughters Ironman face-mask so replaced with this one. Its an ok mask. Its tight on her face so we had to adjust it to the biggest size but even that somewhat bothers her. But she likes it because it lights up. Also, it is just the front of the mask. The back is open and the straps go around the back of the head. It does slide up the back of her head and pulls her hair out of place so it does get a little uncomfortable for her. She wears it but not for long. Overall the fun factor is meh at best. No noise or sound effects. Oh BTW the lights…. they dont even stay on long so you have to keep flipping it up to get the light to activate. For photo ops its cute. And maybe for super fans. We did get this price matched so we paid half of retail price. I would not recommend this mask at its original price.

The mask is very cool and my son loved it but it is for VERY small kids as the straps do not loosen. The box says for ages 5+ but my son is 8 and he cannot wear it. I think the optimal ages for this (based on size only) is probably 3-5 years. We will be returning.

Mask overall is cool looking. However it’s made with thin plastic. Scanned price tag in store and it was $6 cheaper than what it rang up. Didn’t notice the difference until now. Price adjustment needed please!

This was the hit of the holidays! Imaginative play began the minute he put it on. Unbeknownst to me, it's supposed to light up. I changed the batteries, no light. Perhaps the "lift to light" function is disconnected. I'll be returning. Otherwise, this was a "cool mask!"
