Interstate Shopping Center

Very good mall for craft artist and mom. It has shop rite, bed and bath beyond, Joann, Michaels, party good. Tj max, and if you have pet, they also got Petco.

Private parking space, but very popular, so hard to find spots usually I park near Michaels, better lucks over there.

The Michael's store at the Interstate Shopping Center has the WORST SERVICE EVER! I was told the person in charge of the floral arrangements would not be "forced" to give up his/her 15 minutes of unpaid lunch time in order to wait on me. It was 2 PM on a Monday. The sign on the counter says clearly "Designer's Hours Monday thru Thursday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Fridays Off." When I asked if I was supposed to stand there for 15 minutes the rude young woman who was speaking to me asked if I had made an appointment. Why would I have made an appointment? The sign said nothing about an appointment. If I need an appointment then the sign should say "BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!" What was so incredibly infuriating was the rude inept service by the people hired and paid to SERVE the customers! STAY AWAY FROM MICHAEL'S!!! They do not care about their customers AT ALL!!!!
