• Use Bancontact to reimburse your friends or family instantly or make online payments

The app installs in just 2 minutes.
Secure access
Once the app is installed and your profile is created, you can access it using a 5-digit secret code. For your security, the app is automatically locked after 3 minutes of inactivity.

Safeguarding your money is our priority. We will never text or call you to make or authorise payments. If you're ever in doubt with a communication claiming to come from ING, stop what you are doing and contact us to verify if it might be a scam.

Things are going very smoothly on the ING mobile app. Despite the fact that I live in the USA and thus all my banking goes through mobile app. Also I feel comfortable with the level of security for my transactions. Both in and out. I am a very happy customer. IRG.

Getting better with every version
This version earned another review, it feels like the developers actually read them.
So, thank you for the search feature, and dark mode. Really appreciated.
I feel you are just a few updates from completely replacing the old app.
This version is snappier, more modern, and I don't feel the need to use the old one anymore.
