I've been using IMDb almost since it first existed, and I absolutely love it! It's your one-stop, go-to for *all information* - down to minutiae - about every aspect of just about every movie or TV show you can think of. You can search by title, actor, director, producer, and so on. You can view detailed credits and production information on individual episodes of TV shows. On many titles, you can also find soundtrack information, or even learn a little trivia about the production you're viewing. On actor or director profiles, you can typically find a brief biography and a short list of vital statistics, as well as all titles the person worked on, and what role (or roles) they played on the set. There's a large area of user generated content, like lists of films of a certain genre. There also exist profile pages with detailed information about some movie or TV characters.
You can see critic ratings on titles, and you can also easily add your own rating to any title. You can add titles to your own personal watchlist, and you can see when the next episode of a current TV show will be on the air. There are also video interviews with actors and directors talking about upcoming projects in addition to trailers for new releases. Come to think of it, they recently started streaming full length movies for free (free to watch, with just a couple of short ads throughout the movie or TV show) right from the site, and they have lots more movies and TV shows sponsored by IMDb in their own IMDb "channel" (also free with a few ads) on Amazon's Prime Video if you have an Amazon Prime membership.
These are all just features I came up with from the top of my head. I assure anyone rating this review that there are many, many more useful and informative attributes to discover. Very highly recommended!

Also there are some really great free shows and movies on here. Know reason it's not 5 stars is because of a few practical issues with the layout for the mobile version. Nothing major tho. Well worth the effort to figure out how to work it.
