          Pros

The organizational culture within the company is truly exceptional, characterized by an abundance of highly commendable individuals.

          Cons

The level of compensation being offered does not align well with industry standards and is, in fact, notably on the lower end. In comparison to what other companies within the same sector typically provide in terms of remuneration, the pay being offered in this situation falls significantly short. This discrepancy raises concerns about the ability of this compensation package to attract and retain top talent, as individuals in the industry may be inclined to seek opportunities that offer more competitive compensation packages. It's important to consider the broader context of the industry's compensation landscape when evaluating the adequacy of the pay being offered in this particular case.

            Pros

The company has great access at media events

            Cons

They get traffic from having exclusive access, not from talent, creativity or innovation. The leadership is unprofessional, often bitter or toxic, and willfully stuck in the past.

                    Cons

Poor compensation, micro-managed from C-Suite down. At a corporate level, it's a churn and burn mentality.

Having shared interests with coworkers helps with team-building. Working within a field that relates to a hobby is fun.

                      Cons

Upper management struggles to trust their direct reports in growing and engaging the audience on specific platforms. At times, they think that they know how to develop the brand on these platforms whilst disregarding the expertise of their employees who are experts on the platforms.

Assistant Vice President - Senior Product Manager

Anyone have insight as to how much Product Managers get paid in Bank of America? I just had a call with a recruiter where she asked what’s the salary range I’m looking for and I think I lowballed myself.

Is there anyone else out there with crippling interview anxiety? I feel like an outcast and end up being extremely hard on myself because something I can hardly do comes easy to seemingly everyone else. No matter how much I prepare/practice, I’ll end up going into panic mode the night before/day of thinking of my mind going blank, rambling, finishing my thoughts abruptly and awkwardly on questions I didn’t have a prepped answer for. This isn’t the general “everyone gets nervous” feeling.

How many rounds of interviews are you guys having nowadays? I just got moved to a 5th round interview (case interview) after being told by the hiring manager in the 2nd rounf that they don't do do cases and tbh I'm not particularly happy about it.
