Yes.. for some god forsaken reason I still use those boards but been down last few days. Ign finally shit them down?
When I'm on an ign articles I sometimes get redirected to a scam site called trace master.cc
I'm pretty sure this is them not me. Anyone else get this?
When I try to claim 150 points "IGNBFF150": This promo code is wrong or expired.

How do I redeem the points?
The comment section has been missing from the ign app for so long now... was this intentionally done?
Seriously WTF!
Exactly what the title says, here are and the key - HUMB2MNQ1NPRGGDSU9.
Cheers!
They do it on purpose because people will literally go in and comment that they are upset IGN had spoilers in their headline.
Either that or they are the dumbest motherfuckers around, and I doubt that’s the case.
Not sure if i missed an announcement somewhere...but is the weekly fix discontinued? Last update seems to be in March 2024. I prefer this weekly format instead of the daily, would be a shame if its gone.
What’s your go to on the character selection screen?
Trying to find a video from a couple years back, with a very soft spoken dev talking about their big indie platformer game. I remember the game had a mechanic that the player would convince other bugs to come with them to help overcome puzzles. It was very pleasant to listen to and I’ve been trying to find it!!!
Edit: Bug, not big, autocorrect screwed me.
Anybody do the top 25 action movies that IGN has posted? I'm starting it.
I’m on mobile (iPhone X, Browser is Safari) and have noticed that on IGN, if I am on any page for too long, the browser redirects to a Norton scam site. I have only encountered this issue on IGN and Fextralife’s wiki, but none of the other sites I use.
I much prefer IGNs guides over Fextra’s, but now neither are usable for me because within 15-30 seconds I get sent to a scam/virus phishing site. I know I’m not the only person with this issue, I saw some people on other subs mention it recently, so I wanted to bring it up on here. Is this being looked into?
Edit: It’s two sites that popup so far for me: tracemasters .cc and parents-smh .life. I’ve tried lingering on a bunch of other sites and those are the only two I get these redirects.
Edit 2: I read that stuff like this can be caused by ads on sites and it does appear to be something with the ads. I downloaded an adblocker to test the theory and see if disabling ads solved the issue and so far, both sites are working just fine. I tried disabling the adblocker after and going to the same pages and the redirects happened again. I guess for now that’s the only way to use the site without getting redirected to a scam site every 15-30 seconds?
