今日第一次去呢間餐廳食野，叫左個意粉餐，杯咖啡係黑咖啡，無奶，要特別咖啡要加$10，個餐都$110，感貴更係唔加，我問位侍應攞奶，因為太苦，我飲唔慣，點知佢俾杯雪凍左奶俾我😒😒仲衰過大家樂……感貴食得都唔值，唔會再幫襯。

星期六約咗舊同事喺element 度catch up, 最好就係搵間Cafe飲啖啡食個cake，可惜到處人山人海，想搵個地方Chill同Hea，都唔係一件易事。經過Starbucks太多人，一啲都唔可以relax。好彩搵到呢一間Cafe地方坐得舒服，點咗一個All day Breakfast ,不過味道就中規中矩，杯Flat white ☕️尚算接受如果去weekend 去element ,唔想迫又想Hea,呢度係必然之選

We ordered all day breakfast and weekend roast.amazingly taste awful!all the dishes are cold,and the food looks like junk,very plain.and dishes had no taste also.

I tried cedele's savory items - I think they are just ok. But their cakes are to die for and underrated. Why aren't more people talking about these fanstastic cakes? Extremely poor service just like the KFCs I had experienced in China. But in a HK luxury mall? 位於圓方的Cedele，是新加坡過江龍蛋糕店。主打班蘭蛋糕的Cedele，今天預祝好友生日，便帶她來吃蛋糕Pandan Coconut Cake$40主打招牌的新加玻班蘭椰子蛋糕，青綠色的賣相吸引。上層吱上班蘭忌廉，外層撒上椰絲，蛋糕鬆軟輕型，彈力十足，班蘭味道清香特出，幾濃味呢。Red Velvet Cake $40這幾年愛上 紅絲絨蛋糕，酒紅色的蛋糕，吸引極了。紅噹噹的內層，具氣派又特別，蛋糕體濕潤結實，配白朱古力外層，甜度剛好，好喜歡呢

Just eat at Pret for goodness sakes. If you want a (insert: pasta, soup, sandwich, coffee, etc) that tastes like anything, just eat at Pret. Cedele has duped me twice now into thinking their food might vary in quality from one location to the next. Well one thing is for sure, they are consistent: their food is bland no matter where you choose to eat it in Hong Kong. At least the service at this location is very good. Still not enough of a reason for me to ever come back.

初次光顧的咖啡店，roasted avocado chicken sandwich 正常，唔算特別好味！Long Black勁難飲沒咖啡味、只有微酸以我飲咖啡經驗來說，咖啡師不能稱上時訓練有素的咖啡師，只能說他的水吧員工吧水太多，咖啡豆量少！同行友人點了Latte，端來是比室溫輕微暖一丁點兒，沒有把奶打熱，明顯沒誠意的製作，cake$40多元，像被人偷吃半件而且不好吃！整體我說是（差）來形容這個可惜沒拍照

意大利朋友今晚機飛，約喺elements見個面，方便佢搭機鐵去機場。。。佢食咗lunch，而我就未食嘢，揀咗去食甜品點咗黑森林，tiramisu同blueberry cheese cake share...黑森林最好味，香濃朱古力味，tiramisu同cheese cake遜色咗啲。。。因為係佢請客，所以唔知道價錢。。。

Cedele最出名的是香濃的班蘭蛋糕，但我試過一次後覺得有點膩，反而另一招牌－－紅絲絨蛋糕，因為有酸甜的忌廉芝士包裹着紅菜頭朱古力蛋糕，所以清新開胃，愈吃愈感滋味蛋糕外層被米白色的忌廉芝士包裹，上面放了一小顆玫瑰花乾，賣相沒有其他餅店般華麗奪目，但蛋糕層次分明，高貴清雅口感和味道方面，紅菜頭朱古力蛋糕的紅菜頭味不算突出，估計只希望以天然紅色來取締紅色色素不過味道方面仍然十分出色，入口有甜度適中的朱古力味，不會太甜膩而且蛋糕質感濕潤，忌廉芝士像雪糕般軟滑總之這是健康美味的蛋糕，價格尚算合理，十分推薦

#BeetrootAvocadoBurger ($58)天使與魔鬼交戰，今日餓底真係好想食burger、但又怕肥，偶而之下竟然偶上了零罪惡感嘅健康burger！全素漢堡-紅菜頭牛油果漢堡，餓底選了充滿麥香的黑麥包、包面烘得香脆而包身依然軟熟、以紅菜頭做成的"漢堡扒"，配上新鮮的牛油果、、蕃茄、生菜同微辣的醬汁#chillijam 、非常惹味，係冇味精嘅加持下都做到咁豐富的味道和口感，真的不錯，健康又飽肚之選！

同肥髀去圓方睇戲，佢未食早餐，所以帶佢去呢間食，商場一角，無牆只有圍板，好開揚，黑白幾何圖形地板現淺木傢俬，感覺北歐家居！入內先去收銀落單，比錢後店員會比個呼叫器我搵位坐低，食品選擇西式為主，揀咗一個早晨全餐同肥髀一齊食！食品等一陣就有！自己攞餐具加調味料！All day breakfast($100)炒蛋配多士，另外四選二嘅配料（煙肉/香腸/煙三文魚/炒蘑菇）肥髀揀咗煙肉及煙三文魚，煙肉太硬，味道好鹹！煙三文魚微腥，唔夠新鮮，味道亦較木，唔出色！拌碟嘅蔬菜好老，又無沙律醬，好寡！賣相差，好亂糟糟的（呢啲叫隨意？）炒蛋唔滑，比較嚡！味道好淡，一定要加調味，多士有四款，我除了有提子嘅無食之外（我唔食有提子嘅包）其他三款都試咗，旋風朱古力包最好味，麥方包粗糙唔緊要，乾爭爭先差，普通方包一樣太乾，因為麵包櫃唔密封，抽晒啲水氣！雖然任夾，我都無再添食！完全唔吸引！Flat white(跟餐加$10）我堂食都比外賣杯，有啲失望，雖然打開膠蓋都有拉花，但拉花好粗糙，忌廉唔夠滑，雖然香味欠奉，咖啡易入口，唔落糖都可以！蜜糖柑桔（$22）現成樽裝，味道雖然偏甜，好在唔假，柑桔味清爽解膩！店員比較coo
