IELTS Online Service Portal
Access to more IELTS related service online
IELTS Online Service Portal is a web-based self-service platform for the application of IELTS related service, including Courier Service for Your Result, Sending Results to Institutions and Enquiry on Results. You can log onto the portal to view your application history and check the progress of your applications.
IELTS Online Service Portal is available for test takers who registered their IELTS test with IDP IELTS.
Courier Service for Your Result
You can apply for courier service and send your Test Report Forms to your preferred destination timely and securely.
Details are as follow:

Simply apply for courier service at the IELTS Online Portal, your Test Report Form will be posted on the result release date and you will receive an email notification after it has been posted. Delivery time may vary but would normally be within 3 – 7 working days. You can log in to the portal and check the delivery status using the provided tracking number.

Sending Results to Institutions
You may request to send your printed Test Report Form to up to 5 organisations (Academic Institutions / Government Agencies / Professional Bodies / Employers) free of charge. This service is available for up to 2 years from the date of your test date. For additional hard copies, $50 administrative cost will be charged per copy. There is no limitation on electronic copies.
You will receive an email notification with a tracking code when your result is posted, and you can check the delivery status accordingly.

Note: Please check the list of Institutions/Organisations that accept only electronic copies of Test Report Forms before completing the application request.
Enquiry on Results
You can apply for Enquiry on Results (EOR) within 6 weeks of the registered test date. The test materials will be sent for re-marking and your result will normally be available in 21 days, depending on several factors including the number of sections requested for re-mark.
