  No refund, even though I asked for one only 20 minutes after purchasing. Poor audio (see other users), noise on the audio, low [volume] level or no audio on recorded screencasts.

  Summary

  Terrible experience. When I requested a refund, Icecream insisted that I help them debug their software. No quarms about blackmailing me to give my time to helping them identify the audio problems that several users (see reviews above) have experienced. I didn't have the time, so they simply refused the refund.

  The only pro is that it's relatively easy to use.

  Cons

  The created .mp4 doesn't have audio when imported into premier pro. The recording timer reaches 0 and starts recording, EXCEPT it doesn't actually start recording until about another 3 seconds after it should.

  Summary

  I have the paid version of this software, and if you're going to pay for something like this, which I regret now, go with something better. I've heard great things from Camtasia, perhaps I'll try that next.

  Easy to use software, that doesnt require much from your PC.

  Nothing really.

  Good piece of software. Save 40% on license by running unistaller and clicking banner. :)

  Easy, Fast, Low CPU, excellent video quality.

  Cons

  Only saves to .MKV with variable frame rate.

  Give it a try. It's really free.
