This tour was great. Alex was our guide and he not only showed us the sites, but explained their history and relevance in the cities development and culture and he did so in an entertaining manner. Those 3 hours flew by. Highly recommend.

We didn’t know much about Romania before arriving (from the UK), so having the walking tour in Bucharest as our first stop was a great opportunity to get a snapshot of the city and some of its history. The guide was lovely and enthusiastic, and had me feeling very emotional by the end! What a fantastic city. Will definitely recommend others to visit, and to do this walking tour

Came to Bucharest last year but didn’t make it on a tour last year (too hungover) so didn’t get a good feel for the city. This all changed after our second visit and our walkabout tour. Bucharest is an incredibly interesting place and I learned a lot. Our guide Alex was extremely knowledgeable and charismatic. Liked that he showed us photos of things so we could ‘picture’ things better. Also liked his own personal stories and loved the note he ended on - stand up to your opressers! Highly recommend this tour to give you a feel of Romania and it’s beautiful capital.
