Phone not booting

Hi I recently found my old Lumia 635 (RM-975) I tried booting it but every time i try to boot it vibrates once or 2 times, but it doesn't turn on I did soft and hard reset (using buttons) but it doesn't worked At last i tried windows device recorvery tool but it end up falling Is there any way I can fix it?
