Hello, You should try to Upgrade to the latest version of BlackBerry® Desktop Software. The remove any recently installed applications on your phone, this you can do with the DM - Desktop Manager - just plug the phone into the USB cable and connect it to the PC. If it dies not recognize your phone device, ignore the message and go into application loader and remove the latest installed apps/modules. Then disconnect and reboot phone. Also remember to install the latest version of BlackBerry® Device Software on the BlackBerry smartphone.

1. Turn off your tablet
2. Turn it on, press and hold VOLUME DOWN while Motorolla key is showing
3. Recovery mode should show up (now release volume button)
4. Press and hold VOLUME UP to set your device to recovery mode. the screen will say "Entering Android recovery mode" Release button when Android robot appears
5. Press and hold POWER KEY and release VOLUME UP
6. You should be prompted with a WIPE DATE / FACTORY RESET option
7. scroll to it using your VOLUME KEYS
8. Use POWER BUTTON to select.

Try this to master reset your phone. 1. Take the battery out of your phone 2. Plug your phone into the charger (battery out) 3. Wait at least 5 minutes 4. Put the battery back in (still plugged in) 5. Do not touch any keys for at least an hour. Now your phone will be started automatically with default settings. If it does not, you may need to contact vendor for further support!

This exact same thig has happened to me. im just a kid, i dunno what to do, i have to take it back on thursday, but before then, i have to reset my whole phone cos it has all photos nd texts on it, my scroll pad? track pad has frozen and i dont have a clue what to do, someone, please help us???!!! :`(.

 beth18066  said: im just a kid, but i left my blackberry for a day or too, with the battery out, then i tood the sim card out, and theres a metal plate where the sim card slots in, if you slide the sim card holder out, there is a screw, if ur blackberry is newish, there is a piece of paper on it, take that off, us a size T5 screwdriver and unscrew the screw, there is the track pad under it... put the scroll pad from the front of the phone so it falls out, it should be on some wire stuff, clean the plate, screw the screw back tight and leave it with the battery out for a couple days, it should be ok, it worked for me, good luck xo

You need to call your Carrier / Service provider.
They will give you PUK code to unlock.
Only they can can give you this code as it is related to your SIM / account.

You need to get a PUK code.
That code / pin is related to your SIM card & Carrier account.
Call your Carrier & only they can give to you.
