So I was looking for a torrent program that doesn't need admin rights to install, does it even exist? I've tried to bypass the admin rights step but it doens't work, any other option?

qBittorrent portable verison
More specifically Portable apps. It takes no user permission to install. An from there select utorrent and install.
Qbittorrent/deluge/transmission/pretty much anything > the latest utorrent
Pretty much all major torrent clients have a portable version out. Utorrent/BT, Deluge, qBittorrent, Transmission, Tixati, Halite to name a few.
OP could also install any of these clients on a separate computer or VM and set up the web client to remote to it and torrent from there, like what you would do on a seedbox.
