Unable to log into my account.. using correct username & password. Worried my profile/account has been hacked into. Ive tried changing my password, however this wont work as I can no longer access my old email address, which was the one I opened POF account originally. Old email address was mandytaylor33@***.co.U.K. My username is lolaam333 and new email address is mandytaylor33@***.com where you can contact me.. I believe my account has been hacked. This is happened before. Somehow accidentally logged out. And then when I log back in I totally different username is on the screen and when I switch to username to put my username in it won't accept my password. I've emailed POF after this happened. I submitted feedback and then I ought to reset my password. But I have not receive feedback from POF yet.

Verified ReviewerPOF has been playing unfairly. They tell other members that they have mutual interests.
And how I found out? One member who knew he would not have been contacted by me mentioned how POF said to him that we were of mutual interested parties. THAT IS A BOLD FACED LIE!!! I politely told him that indeed I had not done that. He understood. Felt sorry for him. I do not feel sorry for the over 250 likes and messages from men who absolutely do not fit the type of man I was looking for. And that was within one week after signing up. POF has changed. I belonged over 15 years ago and this POF site has gone downhill and now requests money to have further contact with someone. I will add my complaint to as many sites as I can regarding the dishonest practices of this site.

The membership I was trying to cancel cost $89.70 I was looking to see where to cancel on the app it takes through all these loops on how to upgrade but don't tell you how to cancel. I don't like the fact you can't call customer service or chat with them. The Pof site don't help you at all when it comes to cancel a membership

I was trying to cancel a different membership. When I click on membership it upgraded me to a year subscription and I didn't want that it took $89.70 from my checking account I want a refund and the membership to be canceled. I don't like that fact you can't contact them over the phone there's no way to cancel on the app. They put you through all these loops on how to upgrade but don't tell you how to cancel.

In my opinion pof is a terrible dating site, as a paying customer i got more fake profiles than real ones,I've been on pof years ago and had the same issues, honestly people if you join make sure you know how to do reverse image on people do your homework, I'm telling you pof is a nightmare trying to meet real people instead there's a ton of scammers even as a paying member, no more im done.
