Genuine question for highly paid fish: Are you happy with your life? What are the negative aspects that come with the high salary? I see a lot of people making $300k-500k+/yr and curious to hear some unfiltered opinions about how your life is going. I know sometimes I think it would be nice to be making bank but I imagine there are things which come with the territory that I don’t consider. (Including your salary would be helpful.)

Managers and Assistant managers can earn a performance bonus any where from $500 - $2400 a month depending on the stats of the club. These stats range from employee satisfaction, employee performance, club performance, and most importantly customer satisfaction. Manager also get deductions if they clock in late or leave early without approval or if they don't meet there monthly quota, or if a secret shopper gives a bad report, or if the club goes over or under the required hours. That why the managers bonus ranges so much. Front Desk Associates can also earn performance bonuses and deductions for similar reasons but on a much smaller scale. there bonuses range from $0 - $250 a month with the average employee earning $150. Night shift employees can earn an additional $100 bonus if they show up on time for all of their shifts for that month.
