For the love of god don’t buy this product.
Where to begin. I was extremely pressured into buying this by a very unprofessional door to door salesman. That’s the first red flag.2. This product is extremely heavy and cumbersome. I’m a 20 something woman who lifts regularly and this thing is still extremely heavy. Have stairs? Hope you’re ready for a full body workout and damaged walls.3. The pieces are unique to Kirby and many have to be bought through the website or dealers and are incredibly expensive. Not to mention there are dozens of component poorly manufactured that break often. THEN you have to take it to a dealer to troubleshoot and fix it where it will cost $100 just for the visit4. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. They said I was able to cancel the transaction after three business days (they consider Saturday a business day) and I tried contacting Kirby directly to cancel the transaction on the third day. They conveniently waited until the next day to notify me I was supposed to contact the local dealer and I was no longer within my window of return. Stuck with a $1,300 piece of junk I don’t even want now.5. Transitioning from one mode to another is an entire project and puzzle. If you buy on Amazon, you don’t get shown how to switch methods and I can guarantee you won’t be able to figure it out on your own without some extensive Instructions. Sorry Kirby, I don’t want my cleaning to be MORE work than it has to be.5. Go to their website. Notice how there is no option to read or leave reviews. If their product is so great wouldn't people be raving about it?6. Who the heck uses vacuum bags anymore??? They are horrible for the environment and are just another way into forcing people into paying money for something unnecessary. They are literally doing the most to suck your money up.I opened a case with the BBB against them. Numerous red flags should be addressed.This product is awful. There is absolutely reason this product should be over $1000. A name can only get you so far. Please don’t waste your money. If people aren’t going out of their way to buy your product and you have to go door to door and pressure people into buying it, you probably don’t have a good product.
