Hunting Season is a horror survival experience that was developed by Soda Thief Studios. The game takes place in a post-apocalyptic landscape in which your goal is to explore and fight off the various enemies that may come your way. The main boss is The Moonwalker. Other enemies include ZERO, and the zombie-like prowlers.
On November 6, 2021, it was announced during its V0.2.8 that the game would receive a remake, meaning that any gameplay would be removed.[1]
Gameplay[]
Players when surviving each night can obtain tools that are scattered in locations around the map. Players may also buy weapons from the Shop to protect themselves from the creatures as well as open locked doors, such as the one in the Stockpile which can be pried open by a weapon. Each location has a certain amount of health, meaning that if players choose to hide in a location, Nightcrawlers can damage the location, making it crumble.

Shop items can be obtained by purchasing it for the in-game currency known as Nightcrawlers, which are scattered across the map. Players can purchase weapons and gamepasses to help them survive.
