About
Olive oil facility where we produce organic extra virgin olive oil, aromatized oils and red wine from our own vineyard. We can show you the process making olive oil, you will watch olives harvested by hand, test our olive oil and red wine and enjoy of nice views. If you want, in groups you can taste mediterranean tapas. Finally you can purchase our products directly.

We two made a tour/tasting reservation, and so visited in Sep 2023 during our drive from Seville to Ronda. Gorgeous view of the village of Zahara. We were the only two visitors for a tour of the production facility followed by olive oil tastings and ending with a glass of the farm’s wine. We especially enjoyed learning the production process. The olive oil tasting was made up of two non-infused oils and several infused oils. It was a fun and worthwhile visit.

My wife and I had a private tour (Maybe because it was October!) of the facility! Our guide, Fran, was very knowledgable and explained the processing of the olives into oil- Fran kept it interesting as we moved through the plant. At the end we were treated to a tasting of the various types of oils and were educated about the nuances of each. This is a must see- and yes, we bought a case of this beautiful oil to have sent home!

This an absolute MUST for anyone interested in olive oil at its best! The tour was wonderful in the vineyard, olive processing farm and gardens. We tasted, compared and learned so much we took notes after the visit. We would also highly recommend the addition of their homemade tapa lunch paired with wonderful wine from their grapes. The views of Zahara are gorgeous, hospitality welcoming, and SO much fun! Thank you, Luis and family!

EVERYTHING was fantastic! The hosts were knowledgeable and friendly. The whole experience was wonderful. The olive oils delicious and the lunch was lovely, served in their scenic garden. Highly recommend.

A great experience, learning the olive oil process in a very professional and interesting way. The tasting and the lunch was totally amazing and the breathtaking surroundings really topped it all off! Really recommend a visit here!

An amazing experience! My family and I decided to go with Oleum Viride and it was the best choice we could have made. Luis is a great guide, not only was he always taking care of everyone and making us feel perfectly safe. But also, he explains in a fascinating way the beautiful nature of the park, making you really comprehend the wonderful opportunity it is for us to be there. Not to mention how much fun it was! Thank you Luis and Fali!

We visited this extraordinary place last summer and not only were we welcome as if we had been friends forever, we also were spoiled with outstanding products.
The olive oil (of which we ended up buying a considerable amount) - is the best we ever tried and Luis, the owner, is an outspoken expert in organic farming, well known all over Andalusia.
The tapas we were served were accompanied by his own organic wines (yummy) and the fantastic views of Zahara de la Sierra rounded up an unforgettable day.
If you have a chance of going there you won't regret it.

This is a small locally-owned Olive union where they produce local organic oil from the wild trees in the surrounding hills. The tour is very educational and presented with first-hand knowledge of the process. The love and tradition is clear. The care for the land and the ecology is obvious.
The location is stunning, just underneath Zahara de la Sierra (A great visit too!) and they culminate the tours not only with olive oil tasting, but if you're in luck, their locally crafted wine. We also partaked in the Tapas. All were delicious.
This tour was definitely one of the highlights of our Andalucia trip.

The most amazing tasting olive oil combined with the most informative education about how olive oil is produced. We also enjoyed a delicious tapas meal accompanied by their own hand made wine. If you want to understand what real olive oil is about do not miss Oleum Viride!

Hi.
It is a very small family run business. They receive few visitors. It may perhaps be possible just to turn up but it would be something of a risk: not a problem if you are staying locally but not worth the risk if you are especially travelling a longer distance.
