Haunting of Hill House Episode 5 is one of the most hauntingly beautiful pieces of television ever created.
Agreed?
I decided to rewatch the show after a long break from my first viewing of it, and oh my gosh I still just love the whole show so much, but especially that episode.
Agreed, incredible episode, it really stuck with me. I love the show in general but that episode really elevated it imo
Yes, it is definitely one that sticks with you. And watching it back for a second time you notice little things that you missed the first. I was surprised that the scene of Nell waltzing by herself through an abandoned haunted house still had the exact same effect on me that it did the first go round.
That’s the bent neck lady episode right? I agree
Yep that’s it!
yesss!! the plot twist was everything!! one of my favorite shows
I agree. It’s an incredibly smart horror story. Which I don’t think you find very often.
I’m not the biggest fan of the series in totality, but I do think that episode five is a stunning piece of gothic horror and easily the best of the show.
Yes, it was so beautiful and so horrific at the same time. Really made you think too.
