Could you please tell me how old was your account and when was the last time you were able to access it? Microsoft suspends the account which is not active for 365 days. and later permanently deletes the account. :(

I am an independent advisor, and I am trying to help other users in Community using my experience with Microsoft products.
If you were logging to your account regularly, please try to restore emails using suggestions in this support article https://support.office.com/en-us/article/restor...
In order to retrieve the emails that were deleted more than 30 days you can use Email Recovery App https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-us/product/o... First insert the Microsoft Account from which you want to retrieve emails (These instructions better to perform on PC in browser)
1. Login to https://outlook.live.com/
2. Click the gear icon at the upper right side of the screens then click view full setting.
3. Select Mail > Customize actions, then click “Get Add-ins” and hit save.
4. In “Inbox” folder, click an email (if you don’t have an email, please try to send a test email to your own email account, then once you received the test email, please click on it.)
5. Click the “Gift” icon (Get Add-ins)
6. Type and enter “Email Recovery”
7. In the search result, under the “Email Recovery”, click “Add” button.
8. Go back to “Customize actions” page, click “Email Recovery” and hit save.
9. Again, in “Inbox” folder, click an email, then the “Email Recovery” icon will be visible now, and click on it.
10. Recover both Recoverable Items and Purges.
11. Please do not do anything while the recovery is in progress.
12. Once it’s finished, a folder will appear on the left pane which contains the emails that you recovered.
Please note that there is no guarantee that those emails will be restored as it depends on server status and what happened to the storage space where they were stored.
If you have not been using account for a year, all information might have been deleted due to inactivity. In this case restoring is not possible. Sorry

If the account is not accessed for 365 days, the account becomes inactive and all emails are deleted.
There is no recovery of the emails or account.

Last access 3 days ago this account is over 6 to 8 years old cannot remember when originally started.
Since I cannot access the account or recover the password I cannot correct my apple phone e mail address either.. What a pain in the butt this situation is.

I do not remember my password for my hotmail account. I have created a new account through outlook but I need my hotmail account as I have over 5000 messages. Thank you. I can be reached at 618-841-3199 or my new outlook account at *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

My email account disappeared. I viewed it in April 2019 I believe. I had verifications numbers in that account. It was used as my contact information across the board.
