The manager told me I would be in one room and when I checked in it was filled so in the only other room available at the time the A/C and TV did not work, and there was no phone. Also they double charged me as did not recognize my payment through you. Then the clerk in the office said he could put me in a better room and when I went to it it was occupied.

Beds/pillows are very comfortable (I prefer harder madresses, so it worked for me very well). The room was spatious. Altough breakfast was not included, instant coffee (and the kettle) was provided (some tea would have been nice too). There's also fridge in the room. There's a cafe at the ground floor of the hotel that provides breakfast options. The view was great (over campus).

We did not spend much time at the hotel, but it perfectly met our needs. Our room had recently been remodeled and did not have any odors in it. The new bathroom fixtures were a pleasant surprise and the beds were super comfy.

I also liked the cleanliness and the location of the hotel. There were restaurants and other stores nearby. There was also a bus stop very close to the hotel so commuting was easy.
