Room was good. Hotel is new and expanding - the pool area was fenced off and it was difficult to sit in the garden, although there is outside covered seating at the back of the hotel. Breakfast ws supposed to start at 7, but there were people leaving when we arrived at 6:45 and the buffet was laid out. Food good

We were booked for a superior room but told the only remaining option that was not on the THIRD floor (no lift and my husband had injured his leg) did not have A/C - OK, except no screens and no bed nets either, so slept with windows closed all night! Cupboard door falling off, dirty towel in wardrobe (that was almost impossible to open) and clean towels were GREY (not white) thin and scratchy. Shower was scalding hot and when turned down to tolerable temperature, only dribbled - impossible to do more than bird bath. WiFi supposed to be in room but wasn't, and had to go to lobby. Then, while I was working, they turned on the TV loudly for the staff. I asked for quiet place to work and was shown to lounge area - but no power point and then lights went out. Steep staircase (now in…

I'm glad that this hotel has been able to maintain their quality over the years. While it isn't fancy and has several maintenance issues, it has been consistent over the past 10 years that we have been visiting them. The biggest complaint that I have is the loud cow next door. Time for her to become somebody's meal!

The hotel is nice, the rooms are spacious and clean and there is a big pool in the garden. But it does not give anything more than a typical business hotel. The bathroom is spacious but the warm water supply is not always guaranteed. The staff is friendly but seems something confused on how to respond to your questions. Breakfast is minimalistic but of good quality and you can always ask for a fried egg. In overall, a good 3 star hotel.

What can i say. The only thing that is palace like is the entrance to the building. Check took quite a while owing to forms to be filled in. Our room was spacious wit a view of the car park. The safe was too small to use for anything. When we arrived after a day of travelling we needed a shower, imagine ,no cold water. There was a problem we were told which was sorted by the evening so we went for dinner. A buffet, not a great selection and cold as was the coffee after.Back to room, yippee, water was ok. Went on a couple of trips next day, came back to hotel and guess what,no cold water. Unfortunately there is not a lot of choice of hotels in atsirabe so lets hope they get ther=ir act together. We won't be going back.

My family of 6 stayed here when we first arrived in Antsirabe. We had the family suite and then stayed in a queen room when they were busy, but they brought in another bed. The front desk staff took care of us from the very beginning. The girl who cleaned our room catered to our needs and was very trustworthy. The rooms were clean and had a comfortable bed. Showers had hot water and a mini fridge. We had WiFi in the upper rooms we stayed in. The restaurant always served good food. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and put visiting guest here as well. The only negative is sometimes you will see foreigners arrange for a escort girl to come to their room. A little awkward when your children ask you questions.

the room is nice and clean. but the mix hot water is not so great. staff welcome is also average. the hotel has the wifi but only up to the first floor as i was in the second floor and the connection was not strong enough. but the location is good as its quite in the center. on overall it is nice and i recommend it as its worth the price.
