We stayed here with friends for 4 nights and had an amazing time. Nice clean hotel with great staff and a fantastic rooftop bar with views across Rome. Very close to the all important sights of Rome with the Trevi Fountain just down the road.
The only things that let it down in my opinion were minor. Room service did not replace used items in the room including our friends room. At breakfast fresh orange juice was an extra which had to be paid for, although concentrated juice was available. This was very sweet. I have never had to pay extra for fresh orange juice in a hotel before.
Positive point was that a great selection of free nibbles were supplied with bar drinks each night.
All in all we had a lovely comfortable stay.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel Barberini for 5 nights- a city break to Rome. We were really impressed by the location and condition of the hotel but most of all by the standard of service. We stayed in a standard double which was perfect. The breakfasts in the rooftop restaurant were delicious and the desk staff were very helpful giving advice and arranging trips. We could walk everywhere in the historic district but the room was quiet at night. I would very much recommend this hotel and thanks to the staff.

Location was perfect, just outside of the noisy square but close enough. Easy access to everywhere. Staff very helpful and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast from the top floor overlooking the city was special although the breakfast was quite basic.

Would recommend staying here.

We stayed 5 nites - had a Jr Suite - was hot the entire time, never felt any cool air blowing. They said it was set to 72/73 which I am not sure what that meant. We did get a fan which saved us! The breakfast was good, nice staff there. Had a most unfortunate incident after getting back to our room one evening. We were on the 5th floor & 6th floor was a Rooftop bar/breakfast area too. The music was beyond LOUD...a full out disco tech/club sound. When I called, a man said Senora!!! we have a Rooftop bar until 11pm & it is rented with music/disc jockey guy up there. I could not believe they made NO effort for a hotel guest paying top dollar. I went upstairs, then downstairs, front desk, before I finally got someone to listen & lower the music! I told the man our room said it was soundproof....he said that is for traffic & outside noise. Seriously? Horrible situation. I expect to hear minimal noise, but this was insane! When we left, there was no "Hope you enjoyed your stay, appreciate you, etc.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel for our anniversary.
Unfortunately, the toilet in our room broke and after the hotel staff tried and failed to fix it, they did not offer any solution.
In addition, the water in the shower wasn’t hot and when asked about that the staff was not helpful at all (not to say rude).
We were left disappointed without any solution with a feeling the staff doesn’t really care.

Would you like to spend happy days in Rome? Choose the Barberini hotel. The hotel is located close to the famous Barberini Palace with a beautiful park and art gallery. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Great views from the terrace when you have breakfast. The friendly staff will offer you a delicious European breakfast with coffee, prosseco and freshly squeezed juice. The hotel is close to the most famous sights of the Eternal City and can be reached in about 10 minutes. Only the best memories.

This hotel is truly fantastic. The location is great - just outside the busy street and it’s really serene/quiet in the evening. The check-in staff were just so lovely and extremely helpful (thank you Chiara, Stefano!). The room could be small for some people but for us, it’s just right. A tip: go for the breakfast option. Add it in. It’s so worth it with top quality food, coffee and service. The legend of Laura is true! She is the gem of Hotel Barberini and she really strives to make your morning right. We were so chuffed throughout our stay with the hospitality of Hotel Barberini and will stay again for our next trip. They made sure that we’re comfortable and made us feel like home, that, we appreciate very much.

I spent one week in the hotel in which I got the best service there is. The staff are the reception Marco and Mathias were very helpful and very polite at all times and always smiling.
I enjoyed every breakfast at the restaurant because Laura made sure that all guests are getting served with no fail.
It is not always about the place but it’s also about the people working in it.

Very nice, clean and friendly hotel in good location. Palac Barbarini just across the street.
Di Trevi just 5 minutes walk .
Rooms are not big but well equipped and clean.
Very comfortable and modern bathroom.
Breakfast served at bar at the top of the hotel with beautiful view.
Fantastic coffee and really good quality food served!
And what should be mentioned is the fantastic, professional and friendly staff!
We were living the hotel at 5.40 am and we were served with fresh coffee and hot cakes! And all served with a big smile of the staff .
We will definitely be back!

Great small hotel situated just of Barberini Plaza.
Excellent service from staff and a lovely roof top restaurant with views of the city.
We had breakfast on our last day and it was adequate with plenty of choice.
We didn't use the Spa.
But as our flight was later than our booking out time the hotel were able to look after our luggage untill late afternoon.
Amenities are close with a cashpoint at the Plazza and also the Metro ( which is very easy to use ).
There are plenty of shops and restaurants near by.
Our room was tiny but adequate as we only used it to sleep in.
Don't expect a quiet morning as the cleaners are outside in the corridor at 8am.
Also other residents don't seem to care how much noise they make during the night going to their rooms.

Tip for the Hotel :
(It would be nice if a BIG sign inside the Lift could tell people to be Quiet when walking to their rooms)

Other wise this is a lovely hotel in a great position for you to do all your tourist walking from, Enjoy.

Sorry for the delayed response. We have not stayed in a Junior Suite, but the rooms are generally as portrayed. I am not sure if the sofa in the room is in fact a convertible bed. I am sure if you contact the Hotel directly, they will answer your question.
