    Wonderful week at TRS

    Beautiful place and wonderful service. Our Butler, Rodney, was excellent and took very good care of us during our visit. Checked in on iis multiple times every day to make sure we were getting everything we needed. The report grounds are beautiful and the buildings are what you find pretty much all across the Caribbean. . .

    FunFest Trip

    Very nice and very large property with many activities to partake of. The room we stayed at needs a bit of a "face lift", otherwise very accommodating. Loved the swim up "back patio" (from the private pool) It was a great place to lounge privately or entertain guests at your room.

    Beautiful property

    Great vacation experience... GEORGOUS property with nice amenities. Spa was superb and calming. So many food options Los Torres had the best breakfast at the resort Transportation services were grade. It was easy to get around 2. The large resort, there was a very nice train service that will take you on a tour of the property. Very easy to make restaurant reservations. And food options were trade, most of the restaurants were about 7 stars.

    Group trip with NBS Western Region Fun Fest. Awesome experience. Loved the Spa. Butlers Oscar and Ceasario were very helpful. Only issue was the timely replacement of towels. Loved the chocolate on the pillows.

    Location of hotel was good and very green. Room and cleanliness was great except temperature of room and refrigerator.

    Location was very good and a lot of shade. Love beach. Staff and service great. Temperature of room and refrigerator was not enough cold. All drinks always were warm. Food mostly was good. For breakfast would recommend Capriccio. Pretty big property. Happy for transportation. In a dark time hard to find location if everything. Drinks at the main lobby was the best.
