    • Q:

      Is everything a decent price?

      A:

Depends on what you're buying. Their cookware, pots pans woks I feel might be a bit overpriced. But food items I think are reasonable. I'm nervous about their seafood section.

    • Q:

How much do live crawfish cost a pound?

      A:

Depends on if you are talking about the cooked crawfish at the foot court or the live crawfish! Cooked will run you $7.99-8.99/lb, while the live crawfish in the market will be under $3.99/lb.

The first time arrive in here and absolutely didn't disappoint. Everything in this market was ridiculously expensive (beers or champage), but the staff here is truly amazing to chat to or consultant. It's not terrible to come back again.

I was very happy to see this establishment of various small resturants and bakeries, plus Asian grocery market in the Arlington area. It's very similar to Ranch 99, located in my hometown in Houston, Texas. I would like to see a Korean center, though. Overall, when you can find meats of various types, fruits ( especially durian) of various types, and food stands serving roasted duck, chicken, and side of pork, you know you have something special. Some stands serve savory pasteries, banh mi, and bobba tea!!!  Yummy!

Definitely, I will be coming back and hoping to spend the whole day, here

      This place is the sheez!

Asian Veggies galore and fruits!  It can easily compete with Ranch 99 or H Mart.

In fact they may have a more extensive inventory.  I know Filipino goods abound here.

The Belgian judge deducted for the overpowering wharf smell by the seafood area.  You often here blind men pass by and say "Hello Ladies!"  I dont know why either.

They also have a Chinese pharmacy, so that's a plus for you that needs expensive ginseng for your schling schlong.  Here's a tip buy an ear cleaner.  Apparently it can double as a coke spoon.

Another annoying thing is the non-existent cell signal towards the rear of the store.  Fix this!!!

Pricing is awesome.  Rice variety is superb.  Sticky Brown Rice!  Yup you read right.  Oh they have the fancy red and black grain rice too.

Asian heaven!  Balut you say?  Chicken and Duck balut! POW POW!

Tofu?, even the stinky tofu.  I am sure they have snake and rhino wein if you need it.

But the real real reason I trek all the way to GP is the watermelo seeds.  Legit Filipino Brand Aling Conching Butong Pakwan.  Enuff said.

Great Asian Market, very big and carry most of the ingredients you need for Asian cooking needs. There is a Chinese BBQ shop on a corner of the store selling Vietnamese sandwiches and BBQ stuffs.

I'm not gonna give Hong Kong a bad review because it's actually a great place to shop but the boba place at In the front I would give a 1.25 stars. The roast pork and duck are good but steer clear of the boba. I recently got food poisoning from their boba was was so old it was hard. Needless to say it was not a pleasant experience. If you are to get a drink get jelly but steer clear of the Thai tea and boba. The meats there are great but other than that I would stay away. Thank you have a nice dau

      First to Review

I've already reviewed its other location down Pioneer in Arlington, but this location is much nicer.  Its newer and much cleaner.  Out of the dozen or so markets I've been to, this is my second favorite.

For those who have never experienced an asian market, I'd suggest going here.  Its like a full sized grocery store, with practically the same layout, except for its all asian food.  You won't find Captain Crunch or Hamburger Helper here, just lots sauces, noodles, and much more.

The produce section is phenomenal, as well as their meat dept.  They are both fresh, good quality and noticeably cheaper than your average grocer.  But again, it is an asian market, so don't expect to buy any Turkey pastrami for your sack lunches.

There are several other stores in the Asian Times Square that also make the experience much more exciting.  If you go, keep an eye out for events- I went to one last September that was incredible!  They had live bands, a lion dance (awesome), the place was packed.

Super excited when I found am asian place! Just moved to the area & was craving the Asian market feels/food. It has a market with so many food. You can probably find just about anything there.
Fish area seemed to be popping, so many people waiting or looking at the fish selection & also the meat.
The market is clean in my opinion. The smell is what a typical asian store smells like. ..if you know what I mean.
Fruit selection is great. In particular i always look for mangos. They had a box (13 champagne mangos) for $5.99!! So cheap!
Outside the market are small stores & places to eat. I saw a Filipino eatery & of course like a true filipino joint there was a dude singing karaoke. Lol didn't eat there, but now I know where to get my filipino food.
It seemed to be a quite day when I went. Overall it's a great 1st find for an Asian market & worth checking out!

Not the greatest but I do come here fairly often to pick up some fresh produce and cooking essentials like fish sauce and curry powder. I also buy cheap chopsticks and knives here. The kiwi brand knives are perfect for abusing and once they're dull, you can easily sharpen them with a bowl and get right back to chopping. The clay pots are fair here. I keep breaking them so they're not the most durable. :(

Keep your eyes open for cases of mangoes and fresh coconut. I find that it's pretty cheap here during the summer.

We started coming here for the Bistro B egg rolls.  Then after we saw how neat the place looked, we decided to check out the rest of the shops.  There is a grocery store (Asian) as well as little touristy shops and some other shops that I don't really know what they sell (I think it's mostly clothing and medicines/health stuff).

During Chinese New Year this market goes all out to celebrate.  We come every year... this past year we bought a kumquat tree and it's doing great!  Hopefully it will bring us some luck.  Check this place out for a random find.
