We hopped on at stop #7 Harrah’s casino, to go around the corner to Cafe Du Monde (according to the map). Instead the bus headed down Canal St. We were on a tight schedule and could not ride around the entire route, we got off at the Hyatt (2 stops later), then called a cab to get back to Decatur St. We never used the Hop on/off after that. As I feel we were mislead on the route, I would like some type of credit since we did not use this service. Thank you, Irene Rodriguez

I am traveling with my husband and our teenager son. We love to do hop on hp off when visiting a new place. It is the best way to get to know your surroundings and to under the size off the city you are in. Our tour guide was wonderful, very informative and pleasant to listen to. It seemed too expensive. The hop-off places didn't seem to be places to get off and explore further. We did get off at the station to use the restroom, that was good. The cemetery was there, but we didn't go to that. We rode the bus back to where we got on.

The sound system wasn’t Working- in and out so missing more than half of the tour. I rode the bus for two cycles. Three driver/ guide changes. They each said different information for the sights. Not additional information, but sharing different time frames or years used. Inconsistent information

We booked this for the last day of our trip. We were notified that four stops were unavailable the night before. This made it too late to cancel. The stops were the ones that were close to us and where most of the things to do and see. We ended up not using these tickets.

We have found the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus tours in every new city we visit to be one of the best ways to get a good overview of the area and pick things we may want to revisit later. The New Orleans tour was no exception. Once again, the tour guide, Linda, was very knowledgeable about the city and pointed out numerous areas of interest that included some brief anecdotes which added depth to the interesting sites along the way. Demitri, the driver, did a great job manuevering a full-size, double decker bus through syreets that were often congested with vehicles and pedestrians.
