3 of us came in just for an overnight stay. We all liked the room. It would be great for a week stay. I did not expect the sofa bed to have a memory foam mattress. It's firm but still better than the spring style sofa bed matresses. And the fitted sheets in the closet for the sofa bed were too small so we used the flat sheet. And there wasn't a blanket and had to ask for one. The kitchen has pots and pans and dishes. The refrigerator has an ice maker (YES). Nice bathroom, nice walk in shower but not great water pressure. It needs a nightlight in there though. That light is SUPER bright. 2 TVs was nice. The front room has a wall between it and the 2 beds so it adds some privacy. The room could sleep 6 people. The person that slept in the sofa bed complained of being able to easily hear the door to the stairwell, next to our door, slamming every time someone went through. They need to make it a soft closing door. Free breakfast was good. Lots of choices, cold and hot. I will definitely stay at a Homewood again when the 3 of us travel together again. I hope they're all as nice as this one.

I was amazed by this hotel! It was better than we expected. (when does that ever happen?) Our room was so beautiful we walked in and all of us shouted "oooooooh this is nice!!" I actually took pictures of the kitchen because I want to remodel my kitchen the same way one day! It was super relaxing to have the TV area set separate from the beds. My husband and I were able to relax while the kids were sleeping. This hotel was very clean considering it was spring break and a drunken mess was happening in the streets all weekend. I appreciated the guard that was placed at the locked doors after 10am so incase what was going on on the streets spilled into the lobby. The staff was warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I'm so glad we picked this hotel. We stayed at he Homewood in Louisville on this trip too and it was just as nice. I will be picking these hotels from now on when we travel. The only thing that I wasn't super happy with was the pool - it was a little dirty compared to the super nice and clean everything else but that is me being picky about pools.

We are very much in the business of beating expectations and our rooms are so unique that we often get people with a genuine surprise when they open the door. Hope you come back to Indy soon!

My kids and I stayed here for two consecutive 4 day weekends. The front desk staff was very accommodating and learned our faces even with masks on. The rooms were pristine. I do wish that there was a handle inside of the bathroom door. We kept getting stuck in there because it’s hard to get a grip from the inside. The breakfast service was excellent and the food sufficient and standard for “included hot hotel breakfast” (eggs, bread, meat, fruit, pastry, juice, yogurt, cereal). The best and most convenient feature was the room service menu from Kilroy’s. Prices were reasonable, delivery was great, food was excellent. I didn’t feel gouged at all price wise. My kids liked the game room and pool. We had two great stays. We will return when we visit Indy again. We used to stay at one of the Marriott hotels but I find Homewood or Home2 better for families.

This hotel is beautiful and excellent location. Unfortunately every time I’ve visited the front desk or basically walked thru the lobby employees are complaining about their jobs. I asked for a clean dish towel, handed a dish rag washcloth asked for a larger one was told they have no idea what I’m talking about. Breakfast attendant received a $5 tip from me every day, yet it gets really old listening to her complain about corporate giving her 1/2 hour to clean up because maintenance was needed. Literally over & over to each new guest. Then she closes down breakfast early and was rude to guests about it. The service here used to be incredible. Non existent currently. Asking anyone to do anything gets a defensive answer and lack luster service. What a bummer.

This hotel was very nice. The staff was professional and courteous. The room was very nice and clean. The high ceilings and modern industrial style made the suite feel luxurious. It was spacious enough for our family of six not feel crowded. The only two minor issues were the windows were a bit drafty in the bedroom but it's an old building so this is kind of expected. Also, the pool did not look very clean. We decided not to let our kids go swimming because of this which they were disappointed. For us this wasn't a big deal because we have two more vacations scheduled where they will get to swim. All in all I would definitely recommend staying here. We will be on our next trip to Indianapolis!

My husband and I were getting away for a weekend in Indy and I checked multiple hotels on different booking websites. The pictures of Homewood Suites and the price point sold me. We were not disappointed! The pictures were very accurate to the real room. The size of the room was perfect even for a much longer stay than we had. Everything was clean and the decor was updated. The bed was super comfortable and the room wasn't overwhelmingly cold like many others I've stayed at. The location was within walking distance to EVERYTHING (Lucas Oil Stadium was about a 10 minute walk). I will definitely be staying there again when in Indianapolis and Homewood Suites will be on my list when traveling anywhere. Personally I felt like it ranked up there with some condos we've stayed at. My only complaint is the barn door bathroom door; not very private. But for the two of us it was perfect!

I have stayed at this hotel twice for business and will always choose it when visiting Indy. This hotel used to be an old Shoe Factory - which they page homage to and you can tell is an old building. However, it is a Beautiful Hotel, Huge Rooms with VERY high Ceilings, Pretty decent full breakfast (Protein +) and happy hour with Food. The only downside is you basically have to valet park which is $35 a night, but they grab your car via app and are quick. One of my favorite hotel experiences for business that i've ever had.

Ny husband and I stayed here for weeks as we traveled from Georgia to bring him to Indianapolis for a major surgery. The entire staff here were amazing from the moment we checked in through our entire stay. Everyone was friendly, caring and helpful. I had to stay alone here while my husband was in the hospital and they all made me feel safe and just made sure I was fully taken care of. I could never say thank you enough for everyone there and how amazing they all treated us.

All of the Valet Staff with Elite Management Services
Jordan, Bailey, Matt, Quiton and Justin always made me feel safe and opened doors for me and they were always so helpful and always willing to help.

Front Desk: Mary, Kameron, Amauria, Zach, Habiq they were all so friendly, helpful caring and always had a smile on their faces!

The staff in charge of the complimentary breakfast were also wonderful and always told me good morning and prepared a wonderful breakfast! I wish I would have gotten their names to recognize but they were so wonderful.

I truly enjoyed my experience here especially while going through a rough time. Thank you everyone at Homewood Suites in Indianapolis!

There is valet at the hotel 24/7. So can definitely get you can to the airport. Not sure if Uber or Lyft are options for you, but they would be much cheaper than a taxi. But a taxi is always an option.

Valet is in front of the hotel. They will hand you a slip and let you know you have unlimited in an out privileges. Takes about 10 minutes to get the car brought around, so plan accordingly. Valet is posted to your room bill. One charge for you visit per day stayed.
