I have always had a good experience at Home Depot store 0258. I have been very lucky to always find a sales rep to answer and assist me with whatever product I am buying. I have had good sales rep that go beyond to make sure you're satisfied by giving great customer service. It does not matter what you need at home depot, if they do not have it in the store at the moment, They can go online and order it to be delivered or picked up at the store. Store 0258 gets a 10 plus from me. I always look for Hugo, Giovanna, and Oscar when I go into the store because they always make you leave feeling satisfied and are professionals at their work.

I am just a shopper and not affiliated with anyone working for Home Depot. I am in the process of moving and ran out of tape, bubble wrap, and storage containers multiple times. I can't pack boxes and focus on the important stuff if I have to keep running to the store. I can always count on Home Depot to have what I need and get same day delivery. Their website and search engine are well designed and they have the products I need that range from paint supplies and bird seed. You can't get same day delivery from Amazon in my area. There is another big box hardware store but their search engine is terrible and they don't seem to carry the items I want.

I was running relatively late in the store (7:30pm) in Merriam, Ks last evening so as expected, I could not find an associate to help me with a ceiling fan pull chain switch. I had just visited your competitor in Roeland Park and no one was available and did not have the switch I needed even though it was for a ceiling fan purchased at their store. So I said, let me run over to HD and take my chances. I was met by Joe R. and as I asked him if he knew anything about electric issues, he said no I'm sorry and his cohort he had been talking to laughed and said, he's just teasing. I was immediately calmed. I needed that at that tense moment. So then Joe took his time to help me and was thoroughly helpful and patient with me, a senior, and together, we figured out exactly what I needed. We live in Nebraska and needed to get new floors in our house in AZ. We used store 0483 in Surprise. Our contact person was June. We liked her so much we had to go in and meet her in person. She made the purchase so easy. She was wonderful!!! We also want to give Betty in customer service a shout-out because she made returning a few extras material really easy. We were also most impressed with Kim, the project coordinator, she kept things moving and was always in touch. Angel, who was the installers supervisor did a great job. We love our floors and they were done in 2 days. We are most happy with our Home Depot experience!!!

My husband and I have been looking for a small freezer to put in our garage. We had shopped online and in 3 or 4 stores, including 1 Home Depot. No one had what were looking for. We were near Home Depot in Harrison, OH and decided to check their inventory. We met Appliance Specialist, Bradley Howington who was very knowledgeable about garage ready freezers. He didn't have what we were trying to find, so he looked online. They still did not have a small one. He finally looked on Amazon and actually found exactly what we wanted. Bradley is the most helpful sales person we have come into contact with in years. He is an asset to the Home Depot team. Even though Home Depot stores are not the most convenient location for us, we will be making Home Depot, Harrison our Go-to store. Thank you so much Bradley.

HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE!!!!! Ordered in store a stackable washer and dryer. Delivery person showed up without the stackable washer and dryer kit!!!! Had to take our washer and dryer back! Couldn't deliver for another WEEK! That is HORRIBLE delivery #1!!!!! WEEK later they show up to deliver my stackable washer and dryer and install it.....WITHOUT the washer and dryer!!!! Can't make this crap up! HORRIBLE delivery #2!!!! NOW they want to deliver end of the freakin WEEK!!!!! Have the nerve to have an attitude on the phone! No offer of compensation!!!!! HOME DEPOT YOU SUCK!!!!

Do not purchase online product, delivery date is fictitious! Nightmare to get product and no cancellation once in transit. System set up to put in transit so you can't cancel despite it actually not being in transit at all and still sitting somewhere in a warehouse. No tracking so you don’t know where product is or when it will arrive. Call in Center staff set up to put customers off for days. Was told myself they don’t escalate unless there is three days of complaints. Do you have days, hours to find your product, do you have days, hours to stay home and wait for delivery. Look at all the online reviews, over 85% customers are dissatisfied. So many other stores to purchase same or similar items. Oh and don’t shop at Lowe's either. Also owned by Home Depot.

It took five days for this item to ship. I buy online a lot. It always takes much longer than their estimated arrival date. I would like to continue using your service however I have a business to run. So this isn't going to work.

If you're going to offer a product for sale put a price tag or some ID on the product so the consumer can purchase it. As a small business owner HD has wasted the last minute of my time that I will allow.

I've decided to take my business elsewhere to my local Ace Hardware. My experiences at Home Depot have consistently left me frustrated, and today's encounter was the final straw. On April 19, 2024, during the early afternoon, I endured a 25-minute wait at the paint register without any assistance. Two customers ahead of me became so fed up they left. The "ring for customer service" bell seemed to serve no purpose, as it went unanswered. Eventually, another employee had to track down the paint department staff member. When she finally arrived, her attitude made it clear she found assisting me bothersome.
