Hallmark Stone used several different workers to complete the remodeling job. While satisfactory for the most part, workmanship varied among the workers. When I requested those whom I felt most comfortable with, they were not available. This was disappointing. At the beginning of the project, I requested a breakdown of the items ordered and their cost to me. After all I am the one paying for the project and wanted some transparency. First they said they will provide this information when the project is complete, but finally refused to do so. I am not happy about their going back on their promise. This makes me reluctant to consider Hallmark for future work.

I would recommend Max Home to anyone who was professional very friendly cleaned up very well. Did everything I asked him to do and it was a wonderful gentleman were a lot faster than we thought they were in and out in seven hours.

there gaps after the project started. days when no work was being done or the works would only come late and work a couple of hours. i don't believe it is good business practice to demand payment in full before the project starts. the 1st project was financed through home depot and lead to a 2nd project due to problems found. the second project was required and payment was required in full before they would start. this is an unethical business practice. but i had no choice but to pay since the 2nd project was linked to the 1st one.
