Just arrived home having spent 7 nights at the Holiday Inn and would definitely recommend this hotel. We checked in around 9pm with no issue and the process was quick with clear instructions where to go. We had a suite on the 4th floor which faced the road. Room was a great size, loads of storage and loved having the two tvs! The bathroom was also a good size and fully stocked with all the essentials. The room was clean upon arrival and looked very fresh! Beds were super comfortable, the pull out sofa not so much so we asked for another duvet to 'pad' it out. Fridge, microwave and coffee machine were great additions too. The air con worked well but was a little noisy, it was also quite noisy outside of the room as we faced the main road, Highland Ave. It wasn't enough to disturb our sleep but was noticeable. The safe in the room worked well too. The location of this hotel is perfect. We wanted to access the tourist hotspots like Universal, Warner Bro tours, Walk of Fame and everything is either a short walk or short uber drive at reasonable costs. Right across the street is also a subway, market and Starbucks which was ideal when getting back late and grabbing a quick bite to eat. We also used uber eats to get food delivered. We liked the card entry system meaning you could only access the hotel if you were a guest, this added a sense of security. We were always welcomed by the parking manager when arriving back at the hotel. We didn't use the car park but could see it was well managed. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lovely lady that managed the breakfast each morning, I have seen reviews criticising the lack of services available but we didn't have any issue. The pool was open which was clean and welcoming. The breakfast service was not a sit down service as the restaurant was closed due to covid but this did not cause us an issue, Between 7-10am you could pop down to the restaurant and pick all the bits you wanted. We had the choice of porridge, croissants, pastries, breakfast wraps, biscuits (our equivalent breakfast muffins), fruit. yoghurts and fresh juice. There wasn't a limit so you could pick what you wanted and take it back to your room which actually suited us better. There is no room cleaning service as such but you can at any time request a change in sheets, the bins to be emptied and replacement items such a towels etc. We understood the reason for this and it caused us no problem. The gym was not open but we did not book this hotel for the gym so were not fussed that it was closed. The staff at all times were friendly and helpful, especially the lady that checked us out Saturday around 2pm. She even took our postcards to post. Overall this hotel was perfect for us and we will not hesitate to book here again! Thanks for a wonderful stay, we loved LA!

We had booked this hotel based on its location to Hollywood Bowl and nearby restaurants. We wanted to be able to walk and leave our car at the hotel. Booked the reservation on the mobile app. Very easy to do so. I called the day of check in and spoke with Alfonso. He was able to assist me easily with my questions.
When we arrived that afternoon, Alfonso was most welcoming and accommodating. Valet was great and the parking fee was on the hotels website so I was not surprised by the $45 cost. Actually, I felt my car was very secure in hotel parking lot rather than trying to find any nearby parking lots. I saw them as we were walking around and they did not look safe and secure.
Room was great! Very clean and nice looking. I wish I had remembered to take pictures of the room. Trust me the room was nice!
We went down for breakfast the following morning and were greeted with smiling faces from Marieta and Veronica! The breakfast was self service from begging to end. Amazing automated pancake machine! Whipped up a couple of pancakes in just a few minutes! Don’t be surprised that you are asked to put your dishes and utensils away when done eating. Not a big deal and was easy to do. I’ll be glad to come back and see these two lady’s again on our next trip! Thank boy both!

We were booked in one the 2 floor suites for a few days last February and were extremely happy with our stay. The view of the Hollywood sign from our balcony thrilled my daughter ❤️ The location was perfect for sightseeing: a quick walk to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and a short drive to check out Beverly Hills and the Griffith Observatory. We would definitely book again!

Spent 5 nights at this well located hotel. Close to Metro Train and Bus, and lots of eating places. First two nights in noisy room due to close proximity to very noisy ice maker and overhead dining room. Maria at reception was apologetic and happily arranged for new room away from noise and we were much happier. Room large, clean and comfortable. Included breakfast good value and the breakfast staff looking after us, Marieta and Veronica, were very efficient, friendly, helpful and started our day with a smile. Great asset to this hotel. All of the staff, reception, valet service, cleaners were friendly and helpful and made our stay more enjoyable.

This is our first time staying Holiday Inn Express (Hollywood Walk of Fame) and I think we made the right choice because of the location, it’s close to Hollywood Walk of Fame, Universal Studios, Hollywood Sign, just few mins away from all tourist attractions. Hotel staff are courteous, friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable especially Marieta.
We always see Marieta during breakfast, and she always greet us and smile all the time. You never see her getting tired even when there’s a lot of guests inside and outside the breakfast lounge. She refills the food before it ran out to make sure everyone can eat. She always ask each guests if they want anything and she makes sure that all chairs tables are clean. Even if she’s assigned in the breakfast lounge, when you ask her something about the neighborhood she can answer all your questions. She has an excellent customer service skills. We definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed it the hotel due to the location to Hollywood Walk and the Bowl. We have had a very pleasant experience with the staff and Valet Parking. The room was very clean. We stayed in a King size suite with a pull out bed which our 17 and 11 year old shared and found it pretty comfy. We stayed in room 702
The breakfast was hot and fresh A huge shout out to Veronica who kept the food area tidy and well stocked. She monitored the tables where customers were sitting and promptly disinfected the table for the next person ready to eat. We asked her about the contents in the veggie eggs to ensure our son was not allergic to a specific ingredient and she was able to tell us what was in there.
She was really nice to us and engaged in conversations with our family during our 3 day stay. Thank you Veronica for making our stay so wonderful.

This is the second time that we have stayed here. We love its location, close to Hollywood, Mulholland Dr., Universal Studios, quick to the highway, etc. The housekeeping staff keeps the room very clean and the reception staff is friendly and efficient. The valets are quick and careful with the car. The most impressive part is the breakfast, which is the best that we ave had at an Express. The room is large, bright, with lots of seating and the hot breakfast and rest of the offerings are kept fresh. The two ladies working breakfast, Marieta and Veronica greeted us warmly and kept very busy stocking and cleaning the breakfast and beverage bar. They kept the tables spotlessly clean, even lining up the condiments at each place after every guest! If we were missing or looking for anything, we got instant help - they even volunteered to go get it for us. I highly recommend this location (and we stay at Holiday Inns all over the world, so we have seen a lot of them).

It is a great hotel, with nice and clean rooms and with a nice breakfast, with a nice staff, especially Marieta. Really good for the price. The hotel is very close to The Walk of Fame and it is very easy to get there. The hotel is also very close to the Metro, if you wanna get out and around in LA and you don’t have a car. You can buy a day pass to the public transportation around LA, the day pass is 10$ and then you can go everywhere, very easily.

We came to see the Andrea Bocelli concert and stayed at this Holiday Inn which is two or three blocks from the Hollywood Bowl. ….which was a clean newly remodeled very good place to stay…..the highlight of our stay was the fact I left my Apple AirPods in my room somewhere and did not realize it until I got home. ….my locator showed they were there when I got back home I emailed Corey the general manager ( found his email on their website) who was very responsive and he FedExed my AirPods back to me and believe it or not, he even charged them first so I could track them on the return shipment. I could tell from speaking to him he was excited about his job and proud of his hotel which was very refreshing these days to find somebody like him .

We paid through Booking and not with the hotel. However, if you are using a parking space for your vehicle you will pay like $50 per night which the hotel charges your card at checkout time.
Our 2 floor Suites with large balconies have 2 bathrooms. Half bathroom downstairs and a full bathroom upstairs.
We have luggage storage located near our lobby.
Only in our Suites.
