I've been coming here for years.  After Covid it seems the food menu has gone downhill fast. With the competition offering the same (movie and dinner) with much better seating. I would think Hollywood would up their food game. However I find they are skimping on ingredients or substituting.  I normally get the Honey I shrunk the salad.  Different lettuce, 1/3 the size for 1/3 more of the price.   I would not recommend ordering food.  Get a drink or snack as you are required to purchase something.

The tables we ate from were not even cleaned after the previous use.  Crumbs and remnants of soda, popcorn and nachos were all over the seats, tables and floor.  The waitress that we had didn't even seem to want to be there.  Just not a good experience.  Not coming back here.

I had a really poor experience at this theater tonight. My server Antoine was beyond rude from the moment we arrived. Someone in my party asked to order a cup of water only and was denied with no explanation. After a google search, we later found that it is mandatory for all guests to order something from their menu. Antoine did not clarify why we could not order a free cup of water. In addition, someone else in my party had not received their drink 15 minutes after receiving their food. Antoine's response to her was rude and unprofessional. Based on our experience, we decided not to tip. After the movie, Antoine followed us to the car and demanded that we give him our receipt. To clarify, all of us paid our bill, but we decided not to tip. He tried to prevent my friend from closing the door. We were forced to drive away with the door opened. This was a borderline traumatic experience. I've never had a server of any sort follow me to the car and attempt to keep me from closing my door. I would not recommend this theater to anyone.

Great theater, very cool decor and a price that seemed really reasonable. We had tix, a few appetizers which were great and cocktails for all under 50 bucks!!! We'll be back!!

We have been going for years and still enjoy it. Love all the different rooms and special movie showings. It is always an afforded night out with the kids. Hope the menu gets an upgrade soon as business goes back to normal after COVID.

Used to love this place! Quality of food, drinks, and service were great. Post pandemic seems like this Hollywood is having a hard time bouncing back. Food was cold, drinks were meh, and service forgot to give my husband dinner. I'm still rooting for Hollywood and hope they come back stronger, but quality and service could use some improvement.

I can't express how disappointed I am with my experience today. My boyfriend and I bought tickets for the Godzilla Vs Kong movie at 8 pm. We got sat. Our server walked by just dropped the menu on the table and walked away. No greeting. Left for 5 minutes then came back stood by our table and asked "do you know what you want?" in the most monotone way. I said I had a question because I seen the menu was smaller (my guess because of covid, and I understood that) and wanted to know if there was a possibility to do a BBQ chicken pizza because that was on the old menu. He rolled his eyes and said no. I said "ok that's fine, what if we-" I literally could not even finish my question before he cut me off with an attitude saying "whatever is on the menu is what we have." I immediately got upset and said I wasn't ready then. He just looked at us and walked away and said "ok then." once again with an attitude. My boyfriend and I decided to just walk out because I just didn't want him as our server anymore and he had already ruined my night. We walked to the front spoke to a "manager" and told him the movie hadn't even started yet but our server was rude and we just wanted a refund. He just said ok sorry about that and gave us a refund. Our server did not care for his job or to give us a decent amount of service. If you don't want to be a server, simply quit. People want to go out and have a good time but that was just ruined.
I have not been here since COVID and let me say what a horrible experience this was. I used to be a frequent customer here but this just changed my completely. Our server was a thin African American male with an Afro and glasses. Our seats were H5 and H6 for the 8 o'clock show. And the "manager" we spoke to was behind the bar and was a heavier white man with glasses. I definitely will not be back here again after tonight..

Love this place but the food & drink service needs to step it up. The server waited til the movie was more than half way in to ask if we cared for another round of margaritas. Awww come on! Lol

Been going here for years & it's one of my favorites. The only setback is there will be people around you talking during the movie (ordering, servers checking in) so if you really invested in the movie maybe see it in a traditional theater. I like to get there early so I can order during the trailers. The food isn't gourmet, but for the price it's better to get a full meal & drinks instead of overpriced concessions at a regular theater.
