The Mandela Effect is when a large group of people share a common memory of something that differs from what is generally accepted to be fact.
Holly Hunters lisp
I watched Superman and I remember noticing Holly Hunter speaking out of the side of her mouth much like Silvester Stallone does. And I thought "That's weird for an actress in a major movie". I do not remember a lisp. I watched the Incredibles 2 recently and her lisp is very apparent. Enough that I questioned why she would be chosen for a major voice part. I tend to get fairly irritated in hard to hear movies, radio, podcast, even drive through. Bad guys whispering all the way through, bad mixing in movies like Chappy etc. I am not saying Ms Hunter is hard to understand or unpleasant to listen to in any way. Just that it really stood out to me. I find this kind of thing weird in a Mandela, if that is what this is. The others can be chalked up to a different decision made. Something like, "wouldnt it be funny if Dolly had braces? Lets do that!" This is a speech impediment. Was there a voice acting course that was skipped? How could that be at her level? Maybe this places Holly was born slightly differently?
In my reality she’s always had that kind of voice. But it was heavvvyyy in Incredibles 2
Maybe its the mixing and that she has so much screen time.
She has a speech impediment from hearing loss in one ear from having the mumps as a child.

Sylvester Stallone’s lip is pulled down on one side one he speaks because forceps used during his birth severed a nerve on his face. It paralyzed the muscles on one side.

Does Humphrey Bogart sound alright to you? I remember an episode of Sliders where Kari Wuhrer's character says something to the effect of, "how could a guy with a lisp be considered a leading man?" He was unknown in her world. Or at least she had never heard of him.
If you hadn't mentioned his lisp I would not have heard it. I really had to listen. Thats why Ms Hunters lisp surprised me. Its SO strong. I had a friend who had a lisp that I didnt notice till she pointed it out. It was very slight. Maybe I'm just not as observant as I thought.
Not just the lisp. I think it was Roy Blount Jr. who said there can be no equality of the sexes while an ugly man named Humphrey can be a sex symbol.
He was good looking when he was a young man in his twenties. It surprised me too.
