this was my second purchase. I bought one last year for me and now that my daughter has gone through 2 other brands I paid a little more to make it last past a month 🙂 this case will last you a few years no doubt. it is a little more money but you save in the long run. it also protects the iPad from accidental falls. Overall, I am very happy with it.
