Crush Clothing

This isn't about their store, but I happened to be on a flight with them yesterday, absolutely no regard for anyone but themselves. "I've already had the virus" coughs and then states "I've got covid, I'm happy to share" I'm not suprised by the reviews they have received about complete lack of humanity and safety. I refuse to support a business that absolutely has no regard for anyone but themselves. These women need a reality check, The pandemic is not a joke it has killed more than than 546k people. Have a little compassion for those around you.

Basically I walked into this store at around 5:45 pm to ask the girl at the register if they accepted apple pay. When I saw her she wasn't wearing a mask. I didn't even see one near her on the table. I just think that it's very rude to be so selfish in a raging pandemic. She should be setting an example for the customers, listening to state policy, and taking precautions to keep the people who enter the store safe. This just really pissed me off to be honest. My godson is 3 and even he wears a mask (over his nose, too!) with no complaints. It was just ridiculous to see such disregard for others.

I purchased a couple of cute shirts and a Balboa Island sweatshirt. Great customer service from Jennifer. Thank you, thank you, for allowing your customers to shop at your store without wearing a face mask.

Visited balboa island today and found some cute stuff at this shop! I was honestly planning on buying a few things before I saw staff members not wearing masks. The complete disregard for customers (and the community as a whole) well being was such a turn off. I pretty much immediately put my items back and left. Wear a frikin mask people

Not a single staff member was wearing a mask. Dianne, one of the associates, did not greet anyone in the party as we came in. She was more intrigued by what was on the screen of her computer than the guests in the store. Other staff members were helping customers without masks, not socially distancing, and inserting themselves into people's personal space neglecting any consideration for people's comfortability. Would not recommend shopping here.

Such a cute and fairly priced place! It was freezing the day I went and I did not pack well, so I ended up getting a sweater there. The staff was so friendly and I'm always a sucker for a place with a cute dog, Rebel. There wasn't a huge wow factor or something that made it stand out but it was nice and had cute clothes. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely go back.

great service and they had exactly what i wanted at a reasonable price! they had many sweatshirt designs and they all came in hoodies, sip-ups, long sleeve and t-shirt

Super cute clothing and accessories! I didn't have much time, but I saw a lot of things I wanted! I settled with 2 scarves. The woman who was working said everything was buy one get on 50% off. She was very nice and not pushy. I'll try to come back tomorrow before I head back home! I saved this shop on yelp whenever I come back down to visit.

Great customer service, they were serving Mimosa's today! Everyone was very helpful and my daughter and I enjoyed walking around. We tried a few things on and decided to pass but I always enjoy this store. I remember them on 17th Street in Costa Mesa and then when they were on Harbor and Newport Blvd. I have bought things from them and I have never had a poor experience. Fair price point. It is hit and miss as 1 Yelper stated. Fun to pop in and enjoy!

On a Saturday night I was visiting Balboa with a very dear friend and we decided to enter this very quaint and charming store. We were both surprised with the quality of the clothes and interesting designs. Once there we were greeted by a young lady, she was professional but very cold and not helpful at all. I was getting discouraged with the service we were receiving and even thought of leaving the store. But suddenly a very nice lady approached us, her name was AISHA. She was AMAZINGLY SWEET and very HELPFUL!!! I have decided to give this store 5 stars because of the quality, design and value. BUT most of all, for having AISHA there. If she is not the manager SHE SHOULD BE PROMOTED IMMEDIATELY. The other young lady should take some lessons from her. AISHA made my day!!! :)
