```Duties:
- Dispense prescription medications to patients and provide medication counseling
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use
- Review and interpret prescription orders for accuracy and appropriateness
- Monitor patient drug therapies for potential drug interactions or adverse effects
- Compound and dispense specialty medications as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles
- Provide education and information to patients about their medications
- Stay up-to-date with new drugs, therapies, and regulations in the field
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree
- Valid pharmacist license in the state of practice
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, drug interactions, and pharmacy laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
