Vibe is great. Food was terrible and expensive. Waiter was good. Manager had to be pushed to handle the situation correctly. Party of 8, two of our dishes were cooked terribly. The manager offered to take one off the bill but not the other. $86 for tiny piece of steak and an inedible tiny piece of lobster. the vibe is terrific, wish the food lived up to it

Love the restaurant and it’s been always great but the last time. Ordered the Gambas Ajillo again /which it has been delicious before/ and had to return it twice. It’s a shrimp in a broth but this time came with no broth but in garlic and batter/oil sauce, a lot of oil sauce, not a broth. Returned it and they brought it back again the same way just a little less of it - obviously the person making it had no idea what was doing. I hope that changed, because it was delicious dish. :(

The service was poor. At the beginning it took a long time to order and we waited over an hour for our food (tables near us got their food before us and came after us). When we got our food we were missing tortillas and a spoon and had to ask a manager since our waitress did not come back to check on us. After that managers did check on us but it was awkward and we already just wanted to leave. The good was fine but also not good enough to overlook the poor service.

They were overwhelmed by booking an event on a Friday night that the kitchen could not handle. Other guests food orders delayed, short service, drinks slow to come. Billing was mis charged twice. Just a very bad night and should not happen to a restaurant charging those kind of prices. Management did their best but still fell short.

Had a great first visit. Staff was warm and friendly for lunch. Will try for dinner soon. Try not to run out of ingredients for lunch! lol.

Good overall vibe and food was decent. Service was extremely slow, spotty and inattentive but our server kindly gave us complimentary sparking water and an appetizer for the inconvenience

No doubt that this place is just gorgeous, but honestly would only go back for appetizers and small bites. The chips with their house bean dip was delicious. The fritas were fine. The corn empanadas and potato taquitos were delicious though!

This place is very nice. Ambiance, decor, location and staff were all great! I was there for my birthday brunch, this place did not disappoint. Our waiter Kendal was very polite, hospital and did all he could to make my celebration a memorable one. I will be recommending this place to all and look forward to returning… Thank You

Delicious lunch. That heirloom tomato and avocado salad with salmon was delicious! The lunch special is really clutch. You can't beat paying $32 for a full meal on rodeo drive. Only issue was our waiter charged us for the wrong order and only realized after we said something. Other than that, great meal, great ambiance, great price.

Our party of 5 had an amazing “Uno Dos Tres” brunch. The food and cocktails were amazing. LeWon was on that bar and Jasmine was our server. Will definitely go back.

(FYI we went for a late dinner) Loud as all hell. Too dark and too busy to actually appreciate the space. The service was fine, the food was fine (emphasis on fine), but you go for the ambiance and that was a zoo. I assume it’s different during the daytime with the natural light and probably a different crowd but my god it sucked. Couldn’t hear my date unless we yelled. I can’t say we spent more than 45 minutes there before asking for to-go boxes and getting out of there. It was so busyI wanna give them the benefit of the doubt, but it is what it is.

The Hideaway deserves all of the praise it receives. One of the best patios in the city, incredibly kind and knowledgeable staff, and a fantastic fusion of Mexican cuisine makes it my favorite Beverly Hills restaurant at the moment. Kudos to the team that put it all together and may it last for many years in this location.

The food did not taste good at all. Overall ambiance and setting was good. It would be a good valentine's day late night date if the food was good, but both my partner and I were not happy with the food, especially counting that the menu was prex fixed and there was a fixed overcharge. We also noticed that most of the customers and us included had an issue with the check. They had a special price for guests after 10pm, but they were all charged by a different rate. Many tables had to call the waiters and clarify this inconvinience. This is all at a restaurant in the middle of prime Rodeo Drive Beverly Hills. Definitiely won't go back for some time.

This place looks nice and has a good overall vibe but just didn't impress us. The food was blah, the drinks selection was blah and the music was terrible and kind of loud. Overall experience was ok but for the prices, we expected more!

As a 1st time guest for V-Day 2024, I was highly disappointed in my wife and I's experience on 2/24/24. Our reservation was for a set time, only to arrive and be told they didn’t have any tables available-were overbooked, and we waited an hour and 1/2 standing around or at the bar waiting for a table. We wanted to leave, but the restaurant already had our deposit; they sat us down at 10:30 pm. The special live music had stopped, the set menu had run out of items, and they had the nerve to press the issue of a "set" Vday menu for $150pp. Our service from our waiter was awesome; we felt bad that he also had to endure the chaos and terrible operational service from what seemed all areas of the restaurant(Bar/Kitchen). He made a GREAT effort to get our food out fast and even packed up because it was 1130pm, and we still hadn't received our dessert and had work the next day. We tipped the waiter $60+ buck because HE deserved it for trying to block the mess in the restaurant and save the night, though we most likely won't visit this restaurant again.

The food was good the ambience is amazing the servers were wonderful and attentive. I wish I would have known it was Prix Fixe found that out the day before my reservation so that was awful a little off. The real disappointment is when I got there there was 2 receptionist one on the phone and the other 1 just standing there and treating me like I was invisible it took the one on the phone to point to me to get the other one to repond to me and asked me about my reservation, real disappointment from an establishment with the good reputation that they have.
