Always packed and entertaining but sometimes too crowded if there is an event at the concert hall. Drinks at the concert hall are way too overpriced and weak. Rooms are nice size and have everything you need. Check in was fast, do not let the long lines get you down, the line moves fast. Kenny checked us in and got us everything we wanted in a room.walking into the room they have music playing on tv, nice touch! Hotel is amazing with lots of photo opportunities. Self park is 15.00 but with a slip from front desk you can leave and come back as much as you want , no charge to return. Pool area was nice, pool water was too cold for me. Not crowded at all. We ate at fresh harvest buffet since we also had a 25.00 food voucher. Sunday night is steak night, unfortunately all of the meat was too well done for our liking, crab legs, shrimp, oysters were good, think next time we will try somewhere else. Played slots, drink service is nonexistent, you can order from the slot machines but drinks never come, never even saw a drink server. Played blackjack and won money, dealers were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there are way too many so called blackjack know it alls. Big turn off, but not the casino fault, we left after being annoyed at 2 different tables, played again the next day and had a good time. Check out was easy, you can do it right on your phone. Ate at White House sub shop that’s in the hotel, awesome food, try the meatball sandwich. I think this is one of the best hotels in AC, so much energy. Had drinks at the lobby bar, good bartenders, live music, people dancing , fun time. Hard Rock, you keep sending me room comps and we will keep coming and spending our money at your hotel. I was very upset about how hard rock hotel communicates. It was our anniversary and I asked if they do anything special and their response (via text message) was I can make a reservation at their hotel restaurant. Not very polite and was kinda rude. We had other peoples hair in our bathroom (tub and sink) and I was totally turned off by that I wouldn’t shower. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t a big deal but it was just gross! Getting someone to the room for service was an issue. It wasn’t even busy. People talking to each other and ignoring me at check in was really aggravating. Asked to check out a little Late (less than 30 min) and they told me I’d be charged $30. Never again!

Couldn't find room wait 30 mins or more to locate, other room wouldn't be ready for 15 mins 2 hours later its ready. Bathroom was dirty, shower felt like it was falling out from underneath you when in it. Staff hides fees. Customer service said too late to complain about anything and not to mention prices are thru the roof.

Hello My name is Mireya and I've stayed at this hotel july 16-17 2020. I was on the 35th floor. I experienced problems during my stay, once I checked in I went to my room to settled down and unpack, my husband's turns and tells me I'm going to go get ice, he opens the bucket and there's hair inside of it, disgusting right! But the hair madness did not end there, my child went in the bathroom to wash her hands there she discovered hair on the towels and the soap dish. I called the front desk and was told towel will be brought up to room, but nothing else. I asked to speak to management, I waited 16 mins on hold, once he picked up the phone I try to explain the hair that was discovered in the buckets towels and soap dish. He goes to tell me Ms. Dones we have moved your room several times. I looked at the phone like what in the twilight zone is going on here. I told the manager this is the first time I speak with him and I need a room change, I have no idea what his talking about. He quickly changed his tone and told me he will give me another room and a late check out. I told him that was fine. I just wanted to start my day and take my kids out. I had enough.
But for my first stay here I had to give it a one star. Such a beautiful hotel, minus the hair and rude service.
And guess what on August 17,18, and 19 2020 I stayed again. These dates where planned ahead and my friend refused to Cancelled, even after I told her my experience. I said let me give it a go, I already paid in advanced though my job at the hospital.
What a mess the front staff his name was Zeke or ziek not sure, because he removed his name tag, he was more concerned about us booking though a 2nd party and that I gave him a passport instead of my Id, he forgot his manners. He showed his disgust and made us very uncomfortable. As if he expected us to leave. I was so upset at this point. I could not believe I gave this place the benefit of a doubt.
After checking in for about 45mins YES 45mins. Guess what yep you guessed it the room had one bed lol (no hair story). At this point we go back to the front desk and ask for a manager. He fixed it in 10mins. At this point we just we are so exhausted we just want to check the room and go have fun, we ask a security guard can you please tell us where is the elevators, he told us to go back to the front desk and ask them. WOW rude rude rude..... we ignored him and continued on with our day, boy was that not the ending of the rudeness. We could not ask simple question, it was one rude employee after the next.
We will NEVER be returning here and I will be sure to let my coworkers and other employees about this Terrible experience.

I spent 90 min on the phone trying to make a reservation! Twice I was put on hold for a manager and they never picked up.
They always send promotions that say the only blackout dates are holidays and then they won’t give you a Saturday night. That is false advertising!!

AC Hard Rock is beautiful and a great place to stay, a complete redo from the Taj Mahal. The rooms are nice, the casino is classy and full of great variety of slot's from 1 cent to 100.00. I don't know what the payback percentage is but I was able to play for 3 days and never had to hit the MAC machine. I won and lost but was able to play and never felt like I was losing all the time like other places. The eatery's we ate at were ok, some good some not so good, but none were terrible. The only thing I didn't like was that the picking up your car from Valet was confusing and costly. But over all the stay was good.

This place has been completely done over(right after they moved/sold/discarded all the TRUMP furniture.
Plenty of room & places to eat(especially a hearty Buffet).There are all sorts of rooms, and if you become a member, they will often offer COMPS(rooms & buffet).

We were staying at another casino hotel but stopped at the Hard Rock to get a White House sub. The high-energy atmosphere here was very apparent compared to the hotel we stayed at. The casino where we stayed was very dead on the gaming floors. The Hard Rock on the other hand was hopping with excitement and very busy. The casino is also very convenient to the Steel Pier which is across from the casinos Boardwalk entrance. The next time we come to Atlantic City I will definitely return here.

Don't be fooled by the facade of temperature screening and people cleaning in the common areas. This hotel isn't safe! The casino floor is the only place you will find security. Guests are not social distancing and are taking their masks off while walking around hotel levels and away from the casino and food areas. The worse place is the elevators. The rule is 4 people to an elevator, no staff was assigned to make sure guests were complying. Out of 12 elevators only 6 were operational when my family was trying to check out of the hotel. we waited more than 45 minutes and needed to split up in order to get downstairs to the lobby. My daughter and I boarded an elevator with two other men. As we made our way down the elevator stop and a man pushed on even when we said the elevator was full. The elevator stopped again and and very large women and child pushed their way onto to the elevator saying "I ain't got time for this bs!" I felt very threatened and unsafe at this point when we got off the elevator on level 3 there was no one around. I will never return here again!

You'd be safer riding the NYC subway and walking around the city then going to AC right now.

From the time I park my car till the time I check in . The check in was at 4 pm every thing went smoothly. They assigned u a room at 3:45 u get a text to ur phone what’s ur room number , make sure they have ur cell number when u make the hotel reservation. Every entrance has updated Covid Testing. Which makes you feel safer. I saw the cleaning crew working early morning late evening. Also encountered Hard Rock Security walking thru the hallways checking if there any party’s or loud music coming from any rooms

I got cussed out over a dollar tip to a valet driver.March 20th a driver told me "I must be crazy if I think he gonna do anything for a phucking dollar"Refuse to give my dollar back. Hire people with better personality, do research on people, they show you who they are.

I dont believe so due to covid-19. I was down there a couple days ago and I didnt see any. You might be able to set up your own though. Check with the boardwalk staff.
What is the dress code for a show at the Hard Rock Hotel in Atlantic City? We're going to see Jersey Boys. Is a polo shirt okay for guys, or is it dressier?

Polo shirt is perfect. Very relaxed atmosphere at Hard Rock. If it is hot outside, you will see many come in shorts.
I saw Jersey Boys in Vegas. Great show.
My family will be coming to Atlantic City and staying at hard rock in July. I have two older teenagers and all they wanna do is spend the time on the beach. I can’t find any reviews on how your beach property is. Is there anyway you could tell me.
Hello: We have direct boardwalk and beach access from our property! Towels, chairs, and umbrellas are complimentary for hotel guests and are distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Is the Hard Rock spa pool co-Ed?
Hello Brittany: Our Rock Spa has separate steam and sauna rooms for our male and female locker rooms. However, the pool and whirlpool area are co-ed.
