Sinking Ship

High expectations with little to no support. Loss of multiple upper management employees in a short period with no back up plans in place. This is because when someone in upper management quits, it's because they got a better job at a competitor company. Toxic

Classism, favoritism, benefits are lousy and expensive, used to have ok work events, but even those have gone away. Company was sold to a corporation.

Culture is toxic

There are some good people here but the leadership is lacking which results in chaos, confusion, and animosity with employees. Employees are not given the support and tools they need to do their job.
