A longish and predominantly flat urban trail. Wends it way through streets, along canals and and through parks. A great walk to stick a podcast on and get post in the views, wildlife, and people watching. Plenty of opportunities to stop for breaks and refreshments. (The canal sections do get crowded with runners during the weekend.) Would definitely do again on a lazy weekend.
