TICKETING

The Information Guide was created by the Cincinnati Reds to assist Guests during their visits to Great American Ball Park.

The information is presented in alphabetical order for your ease of use and is always subject to change.



A

ACCESSIBLE ACCESS

The Reds are committed to providing every Guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the ballpark. Great American Ball Park is a fully accessible facility for the enjoyment of all Guests.

Great American Ball Park has accessible seating available in the seating areas. Accessible seating areas are equipped with electrical outlets for recharging purposes at no cost to the Guest.

Accessible parking is available in the East section of the Central Riverfront Garage (formerly called the Great American Ball Park Parking Garage) for $25 and in the East Garage for $15. While the number of accessible parking spaces is more than adequate, guests are still encouraged to arrive at the scheduled gate opening time to make it more convenient to the accessible parking spaces. These areas are pay-upon-entry and will be Credit Card ONLY. Parking will be sold on a first come, first served basis, based on availability. The Great American Ball Park parking lots open 5 hours before game time.

Parking passes valid for Central Riverfront Garage can be purchased in advance by contacting the Reds at (513) 765-7400 or online at reds.com/parking.

Accessible Parking/Drop-Off: The accessible pickup/drop-off zone is located on Joe Nuxhall Way, between Mehring Way and Freedom Way, along the west side of Great American Ball Park. There is a second accessible pick/drop off zone located at the corner of Broadway and Mehring Way on the Southeast corner of the ballpark. Cars, vans and small buses displaying a valid accessible placard or valid accessible license plate will be permitted to enter the pickup/drop-off zone beginning one half (1/2) hour before gates open to approximately one (1) hour after the conclusion of the game. Large school buses and large charter/tour buses are prohibited from entering this zone. Guests traveling to the ballpark in a large school bus or large charter/tour bus should contact the Group Sales department at (513) 765-7600 for information on bus pickup and drop-off locations.

ACCESSIBILITY–CAPTIONING

The Cincinnati Reds provide two dedicated captioning boards to provide a readily accessible experience for patrons of Great American Ball Park who are deaf, hard of hearing or late deafened. The dimensions of the dedicated left-field captioning board are 3.1 feet x 22 feet with a font size of one foot per each of its two lines of text. In order to provide captioning to patrons seated in the outfield sections of the ballpark, the Reds have also added a dedicated captioning board along the first-base line of the ballpark. The dimensions of the first-base captioning board are 3.1 feet x 17 feet with a font size that is also one foot per each of its two lines of text. In addition to in-bowl captioning, the Reds will caption the game broadcasts in all club areas of the ballpark through closed captioning on televisions dispersed throughout the club areas.

ALCOHOL POLICY

Under state law, guests must be 21 years of age to purchase and/or consume any alcohol products within the footprint of Great American Ball Park. Delaware North (The Reds’ contracted concessionaire) is the liquor permit holder and under their policies everyone who appears to be 30 years and younger will have their ID checked.

Concession Stand sales are limited to 2 alcoholic beverages per customer per transaction and sales will end following the end of the 8th inning or 3 hours after the scheduled start of the game.

Also under state law, alcoholic beverages are prohibited from being brought into or out of Great American Ball Park. Additionally, intoxicated individuals will be refused entry into the ballpark and/or continued to be served. The Reds and Delaware North reserve the right to discontinue alcohol service and/or refuse service.

The sale and consumption of all alcoholic beverages is subject to Ohio law. The Reds reserve the right to limit consumption and/or sale of alcoholic beverages at events.

ALL-STAR VOTING

All-Star voting for Major League Baseball’s annual All-Star Game will take place online prior to the All-Star Game. You can vote for your favorite players at reds.com!

ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT STAND

Located on the first-base concourse of the View Level, behind section 428, and concourse of Sun/Moon Deck, behind section 144.

These stands offer unlimited sodas, popcorn, peanuts, chips, and five (5) hot dogs as low as $25 per person. It’s a great way to save PLUS skip the concession lines so you can spend more time enjoying a Reds game with family and friends!

Bring your special All-You-Can-Eat pass to the redemption kiosk in front of the All-You-Can-Eat Stands near section 428 on the first-base side of the View Level concourse, or behind section 144 in the Champion Window Sun/Moon Deck. You will be issued a wristband to show that you are a pass holder and permitted in the All-You-Can-Eat Stand line, along with five (5) vouchers redeemable for the hot dogs and one (1) refillable cup. The All-You-Can-Eat Stand is open until the end of the 7th inning. Fans may purchase passes at the game, subject to availability. All You Can Eat Stand passes are not able to be purchased with cash at the redemption stands.

All-You-Can-Eat pass may be added to any game ticket. Game ticket not included with pass. Limit of two (2) of each item per visit to the stand, and one (1) refillable cup will be issued per pass. Hot dogs are not unlimited and are limited to five (5) per person for each customer purchasing the All-You-Can-Eat Pass.

ASSISTED LISTENING DEVICES (ALD)

Guests can request the use of Assisted Listening Devices (ALD) at any TriHealth Fan Accommodation Station located behind Sections 119, 420 or in the First Star Fan Zone.

ATM MACHINES

For your convenience, PNC Bank ATM machines are located throughout Great American Ball Park at the following locations:

Terrace Level: On the concourse inside the gates near Crosley Terrace

Cash-to-Card Kiosks: For those that are not yet cashless, Cash-to-Card Machines are available on the Terrace Level near Section 119 and on the View Level near Section 427. These machines will accept your cash and load it onto a Mastercard gift card that can be used.

AUTOMOBILE ASSISTANCE

For Guests who need assistance with any automobile problems, please contact AAA at (513) 762-3222.

B

BAGS AND PURSES

Bags can be brought into the ballpark under the following restrictions:

  • Backpacks (defined as multi-pocketed bags that are worn on the back) are prohibited unless they are specifically designed for medical or infant care)

  • Bags cannot exceed the size of 16” x 16” x 8”

  • Reds Heads Bags that were provided beginning in 2020

  • The following can be brought into the Ballpark:

  • Soft-sided Coolers that contain food and/or non-alcoholic drinks in sealed plastic bottles

  • Small purses

  • Food bags

  • Unopened drinks in sealed plastic bottles that are non-alcoholic

Please Note: All carry-in items will be subject to inspection upon entry or at any time while inside of the Ballpark. Bags cannot be left unattended at any time.

BALLPARK SEATS

Standing or stepping on ballpark seats may lead to serious bodily injury. The Reds request, for your safety and other ballpark Guests, that you do not step, stand or use seats in a manner other than intended.

BALLY SPORTS CLUB & CLUB HOME SEATING

Situated along the first-base line and behind home plate, Bally Sports Club seats include access to the all-inclusive Bally Sports Club. The Bally Sports Club offers a wide selection of food items from various culinary stations as well as unlimited water and soft drinks in a climate-controlled setting. Additionally, fans can purchase alcoholic beverages from two (2) bars located in the Club. Guests can access the Bally Sports Club by taking the elevators or stairs, near sections 126 and 135, to the Club Level. BANNERS AND SIGNS

The Reds welcome baseball themed banners and signs. To ensure that these articles do not interfere with play or distract from the enjoyment of other fans the following guidelines are in place regarding banners and signs:

  • Cannot be displayed in the eyesight of the batter, hanging over the outfield fences, inside of the playing field, in the Lexus Diamond Club seating sections, or any other location as determined by the Reds that interferes with play.
  • Cannot infringe on the sight lines of other Guests.
  • Have a commercial, political, derogatory, or obscene themed as determined by the Reds.
  • Cannot be constructed or include any material or objects for support that could cause injury.
  • Signage in approved areas may only be affixed with string or plastic ties.

It is recommended that banners and signs be foldable or collapsible in order to comply with the 16” x 16” x 8”.

The Reds reserve the right to remove any banner/sign that is in violation of the policy and eject the Guest in control of the banner/sign.

BODYSUITS

Full bodysuits are prohibited inside of Great American Ball Park.

PRESS CLUB (BOONE COUNTY BOURBON PRESS CLUB)

The Boone County Bourbon Press Club created in the footprint of the former Press Box, is an exclusive bourbon-themed club that provides guests with unparalleled views of the action as they enjoy first-class dining and amenities.

The Press Club is an all-inclusive ticket, climate-controlled, and offered primarily on season ticket plans. For more information, please contact the Reds Premium Seating department at (513) 765-7210 or visit reds.com/premium.

The sale and consumption of all alcoholic beverages is subject to Ohio law. The Reds reserve the right to limit consumption and/or sale of alcoholic beverages at events.

BOTTLES AND CANS

Absolutely no glass bottles, cans, or alcoholic beverages may be brought into Great American Ball Park. Additionally, insulated foam or metal cups/containers from restaurants, convenience stores, Yeti cups and similar products are also not permitted.

Guests are welcome to bring in soft drinks and water provided they are in clear plastic bottles and the safety seal has not been broken.

BOWTIE BAR (BUDWEISER BOWTIE BAR)

Located in right field, directly behind the Budweiser Balcony, this area offers first-come, first-served, standing room access to the general public.

BROADCASTING

Radio: The Reds Flagship Station, 700WLW, will carry every Reds regular season game again in 2024. The Cincinnati Reds Radio Network covers Reds Country with over 100 radio station affiliates in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, West Virginia, Virginia, and Tennessee.

TV: Bally Sports Ohio holds the exclusive local cable and telecast rights for Cincinnati Reds baseball.

BROOMS

In the event of a series sweep, brooms may only be brought in at the discretion of Reds Management. Caution must be taken in order to avoid injury and/or interference to others.

The Reds Management reserves the right to prohibit brooms at any time, if in their sole determination they would be detrimental to the game or other fans.

BUDWEISER BALCONY

Attached to the Budweiser Bowtie Bar, is an area that offers seating options for season ticket memberships and group tickets. There are a total of 48 seats, configured in 12 boxes with 4 seats in each box. This area is perfect for families and entertaining clients. It offers unique views of the field and the Ohio River.

BULLPEN DECKS (BUDWEISER BULLPEN DECKS)

Attached to the Budweiser Bowtie Bar, this group seating area gives guests a unique view of the action from right field. This open-air location also allows for quick and easy access to Mr. Red’s Smokehouse presented by Montgomery Inn and the First Star Fan Zone.

The Budweiser Bullpen Decks consist of two tiers. The Lower Tier can accommodate 20 guests and the Upper Tier can accommodate 20 guests. Both Tiers can be exclusively rented for groups of 40. Each ticket comes loaded with $20 in concession credit for two beers or other items from any concession stand. The Budweiser Bullpen Decks are located directly above the visitors’ bullpen in right field.

CAMERAS & VIDEO EQUIPMENT

Guests are welcome to bring cameras and video recorders into the ballpark for personal use provided that:

  • Game action is not recorded, as required by Major League Baseball.
  • The equipment dimensions do not exceed the 16” x 16” x 8”
  • Guests cannot stand in the aisles while using this equipment.
  • Guests cannot obstruct the views of others while taking pictures.
  • Tripods, mono-pods, and other camera support pods cannot be used or brought into the Ballpark.
  • The Reds reserve the right to remove any guest who does not cooperate with this policy.
  • Guests are not permitted to use drones within the footprint of Great American Ball Park due to the existence of an FAA temporary flight restriction in place for all games and for the safety of Guests.

CASTELLINI FOUNDATION 1869 RED STOCKINGS PAVILION

Dedicated in 2019 as part of the Reds’ celebration of the 150th anniversary of the 1869 Red Stockings, baseball’s first all-professional team, the 1869 Red Stockings Pavilion highlights the players and principals of the undefeated team whose innovative approach to fostering a prolific team, remains the basic model used today in professional baseball. Made possible by the Castellini Foundation, the Pavilion is located adjacent to the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum presented by Dinsmore.

CENTER-FIELD PAVILION FEATURING LAURA’S LEAN BULLPEN DECKS

The Center-Field Pavilion is a glass-enclosed, climate-controlled area, featuring a non-reflective glass shield that doubles as the Batter’s Eye. Connected to the Center-Field Pavilion are the Laura’s Lean Bullpen Decks, an open-air tiered area directly above the Reds’ bullpen. This flexible indoor and outdoor combined space is perfect for groups of 60–115 people and comes with unlimited ballpark buffet, two beers per person, private restrooms, and a great view from center field.

CERTIFICATES

Fans attending games at Great American Ball Park can now receive personalized certificates for the following occurrences:

• Anniversaries
• Birthdays
• First Reds Game
• Great Catch

Certificates can be requested at any TriHealth Fan Accommodation location on Game Days. Fans can also order certificates through the MLB Ballpark App under Services and Information - Fan Certificates. There is no cost to our guests for these certificates. If you have a group of 10 or more, please call (513) 765-7000 prior to the game date and we will have them ready for you at Fan Accommodations.

CHARGING STATIONS

Outlets for charging mobile phones and tablets are available at the Reds Connect Zone in the ballpark, located on the main concourse behind section 110. A limited amount of charging stations are also available inside the Bally Sports Club and inside The Handlebar.

CHUCK HARMON PLAQUE

On April 17, 1954, Chuck Harmon became the first African American to appear in a game for the Reds when he pinch-hit in a game against the Braves in Milwaukee. In 2004, the Reds dedicated a plaque in Harmon’s honor to mark the 50th anniversary of his historic achievement. The plaque is mounted on the elevator shift on the pathway from Gate 17 on Crosley Terrace to the Advanced Ticket Window/back door of the Reds Administration Building.

CLUB BOXES

The Club Boxes offer a unique hospitality option with semi-private seating divided into blocks of four, six and eight seats. This arrangement provides maximum flexibility to accommodate small and large groups. Reserve a small box of seats for you and a couple of friends or to bring a larger group of friends and family members together for a fun and affordable option. All Club Boxes are under cover and anchored by an outdoor bar at the back of sections 306 and 307. Your ticket includes direct access to the conveniently located Bally Sports Club. This club includes buffets featuring everything from hot dogs and burgers to panini sandwiches, pizza, stir-fry and pasta, plus unlimited non-alcoholic beverages. CODE OF CONDUCT

A safe and enjoyable environment for a guest is essential. In order to provide for a positive atmosphere, the Reds have implemented the Fan Code of Conduct.

The Great American Ball Park will be free from:

  • Foul, abusive, or derogatory language.
  • Obscene gestures
  • Inappropriate Clothing (see section title “Inappropriate Clothing”)
  • Unruly and/or disruptive behavior.
  • Displays of affection that are inappropriate in a family setting.
  • Destruction or the misuse of property, including standing/jumping on seats.
  • Disruption of the game restricts the ability of others to move freely in public spaces, and/or occupying a seat that one is not ticketed to be in.
  • Possession of firearms, deadly weapons or other items that can cause injury.
  • Anyone interfering with play or trespassing onto the playing field.
  • Smoking or vaping of any substance.

Guest actions that interfere with others and/or rise to a serious or criminal offense should be immediately reported to Security and/or the Police.

Violations of this policy will be handled by warnings, ejection from the Ballpark, or in criminal instances handled over the law enforcement for possible arrest and prosecution.

CONCEALED WEAPONS

It is illegal under Ohio Law to possess a firearm or other deadly weapon on the property of Great American Ball Park.

This prohibition includes those that possess valid CCW licenses from Ohio, any other state, other government authority, or retired law enforcement officers. Those that violate this policy will be denied entry, removed from the ballpark, and/or criminally prosecuted.

Delaware North (Sportservice) operates the food and beverage stands throughout Great American Ball Park.

COOLERS

Guests are welcome to bring SOFT-SIDED coolers into Great American Ball Park provided:

  • The cooler dimensions do not exceed 16” x 16” x 8”
  • Do not contain prohibited items.
  • That at any time, left unattended anywhere on the property.

If left unattended, the cooler will be immediately inspected by Public Safety and subject to immediate disposal.

  • That guests understand that all carry-in items will be inspected prior to entry and are subject to reinspection at anytime while inside of GABP.
    • Refusal to cooperate with an inspection request will result in the guest and their carry-in item being refused entry or asked to leave the ballpark.
  • HARD-SIDED coolers of any size are PROHIBITED from entering the ballpark.

DESIGNATED DRIVER

The safety of our guests is paramount, this includes traveling home. Therefore, the Reds support designated drivers and proudly provide the “Budweiser Good Sport Designated Driver Program.”

Guests can sign up at any TriHealth Fan Accommodation Station where they can receive up to two $1 Bud Zero non-alcoholic beverages throughout the game. Those that sign up are registered for the Budweiser Good Sport Drawing after every Thursday and Friday home game.

DIAMOND CLUB (LEXUS DIAMOND CLUB)

Newly renovated for the 2024 season, the ultimate baseball and entertainment experience is located in the Lexus Diamond Club at Great American Ball Park. This all-inclusive ticket includes access to the exclusive Diamond Club, located directly behind home plate under the field level seating. The Diamond Club features beverage service with a full bar, a gourmet buffet, as well as a window that looks directly into the tunnel leading from the Reds Clubhouse to the dugout. Guests enjoy a private entrance from level P2 of the parking garage, seating in the first eight rows behind home plate, and in-seat service. Those with Diamond Club tickets can access this area directly from the Diamond Club Entrance on the P2 Garage Level or by taking the home plate elevators, or stairs, to the Field Level. DIAPER CHANGING STATIONS

Baby changing tables are available in all public and family restrooms in Great American Ball Park.

DONATIONS (IN-KIND)

If you are seeking a donation for a fundraiser to be held in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, West Virginia or Tennessee, please visit reds.com/donations to place your request. Submissions must be made a minimum of four weeks in advance of your event and will be fulfilled at least one week prior to your event. We are not in a position to provide a financial contribution for a donation.

DRONES

FAA Temporary Flight Restrictions and FAA Drone Regulations prohibit the use of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (Drone) or any other aircraft over or around the footprint of the Ballpark.

ELEVATORS/ESCALATORS

For the convenience of our Guests requiring special assistance, 7 public elevators and 2 escalators are located throughout Great American Ball Park.

  • 1 Escalator inside Great American Ball Park located near Gapper’s Alley.This escalator transports Guests from the Terrace Level to the View Level. However, this escalator does not access the Suite or Club Level.
  • 1 Escalator located inside of the First Star Fan Zone adjacent to the Reds Hall of Fame. This escalator transports Guests from the Terrace Level to the Club Level. Upon reaching the Club Level, Guests can use an adjacent escalator to reach the View Level.
  • Elevators can be found behind Sections 101, 110, 121, 127 and 135.

EXECUTIVE SUPER SUITE

The Executive Super Suite is the perfect space for business and fun! This Super Suite features: five hours of pregame meeting space including AV, 35 game tickets with an unlimited ballpark buffet and two beers per person, flexible furniture to easily transform the suite from a meeting space to a game space, Hall of Fame passes, and a spectacular view of the playing field. FAMILY ZONE (TRIHEALTH FAMILY ZONE)

The TriHealth Family Zone occupies concourse space behind the adjacent sections in the right field corner of the View Level. The Family Zone features the ballpark’s second nursing station, playground, batting cages, spectacular river views and more.

As part of the TriHealth Family Zone, fans will have access to a sensory room, a therapeutic space with a variety of equipment that provides individuals with special needs a safe location with personalized sensory input and is staffed by TriHealth Medical Personnel.

Guest-relations personnel will be on hand to assist guests with any questions, comments or concerns. You can also pick up any certificate and Anti-Lost Wristbands for children at either TriHealth Fan Accommodations Station.

FAN CLUBS

Reds Heads Kids Club: Reds Heads is the official Reds fan club for kids ages 3–12. Being a Reds Heads member is a great way for kids to make special memories at the ballpark! Membership includes a jersey, backpack, 2 free tickets to a Reds game, exclusive Hunter Greene bobblehead once you activate, priceless members-only experiences at Great American Ball Park, and much more! Each membership is only $35. Kids can become a member of Reds Heads online at reds.com/redsheads or at any Reds game by stopping by Fan Club Corner located behind section 123 or at the Reds Heads Mobile Clubhouse located in the First Star Fan Zone. Reds Rookies: Reds Rookies is the official Reds fan club for kids under 3 and helps create lasting memories for the whole family. Each membership is only $25 and includes a member scorebook filled with 2 free tickets, members only experiences, and much more. There is a membership for every Rookie! For 0-1 year olds, Stage 1 also includes a jersey and sun hat. For 1-2 year olds, Stage 2 also includes a jersey and water bottle. For 2-3 year olds, Stage 3 also includes a jersey and lunchbox. FAN ZONE (FIRST STAR FAN ZONE)

Located on the Terrace Level along the west side of Great American Ball Park, the First Star Fan Zone was built on the former site of Riverfront Stadium during the second and final phase of construction at Great American Ball Park. The First Star Fan Zone features interactive games for kids including batting cages, a Fan Zone Field presented by Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, the Reds Heads Mobile Clubhouse and a playset.

Step right up and join the fun by playing our First Star Fan Zone carnival games including Gapper’s Hit the Mitt, Mr. Red’s Bottle Break Up, Rosie’s Ring Toss, Mr. Redlegs’ Strikezone or Great American Ball Park Free Throw Challenge! Carnival game prices range from $2-$5 per game. In the event of rain, interactives may close for your safety and the safety of Reds Game Day Staff Members. All Fan Zone activities are open until the last out of the game. The First Star Fan Zone also features many food and drink options including Bootlegger’s Bar, the Mega Concession Stand and Mr. Red’s Smokehouse presented by Montgomery Inn.

FAN ZONE BAR (WALT’S FAN ZONE BAR)

The First Star Fan Zone features the Wings and Rings Fan Zone Bar located behind the Fan Zone Field. The bar includes several beverage options and TVs so parents can grab a drink and keep an eye on the game as their kids play. The Wings and Rings Bar also includes river views for Guests to enjoy.

FIELD FACTS

The grass at Great American Ball Park is comprised of three cultivars of Kentucky Bluegrass. The turf is growing in a 12-inch root zone composed of 100 percent sand. The drainage and irrigation systems lie below the root zone.

FIOPTICS DISTRICT (altafiber FIOPTICS DISTRICT)

This space, down the left-field line, occupies sections 408–410 and includes convenient access to the altafiber GigaBar, a walk-in bar serving beer and liquor that is open to all Guests. Seating in The Fioptics District allows exclusive admittance to The Fioptics District Rooftop above the GigaBar. This rooftop patio provides unique views of the Cincinnati skyline, comfortable furniture for watching the game on a 15-foot video board, a private bar, and offers bocce ball, cornhole and other games. Also, part of The Fioptics District is the altafiber Connections SkyBar, a private group area that provides a spectacular view of the field with the river as a backdrop and features all-inclusive concessions offering food and a fully stocked bar. FIREWORKS NIGHTS

Due to the close proximity of the post-game fireworks shows, the Reds recommend guests sitting in the outfield seating sections 140-146 may want to move to the concourse behind those sections or to the Firstar Fan Zone for better viewing.

Post-game fireworks shows are scheduled on every Friday during the 2024 season.

FIRST AID STATIONS (TRIHEALTH FIRST AID STATIONS)

TriHealth First Aid Stations are staffed with trained medical personnel affiliated with TriHealth’s Bethesda North and Good Samaritan Hospital.

Guests will find the Great American Ball Park First Aid Stations in the following locations:

  • Terrace Level near Sections 125–126.
  • On the Terrace Level near Sections 109–110.
  • View Level near Section 411.

Medical personnel are on duty for all games and large events (i.e. concerts). Should medical assistance be needed, ask any member of the Great American Ball Park staff for immediate assistance or in less serious situations the location of the nearest First Aid Room

FOUL BALLS

Guests are welcome to keep any foul ball hit into the stands.

At no time should a foul ball be thrown back on the field or interfere with a ball in play. Anyone interfering with play or trespassing onto the playing field will be ejected and subject to prosecution.

Guest should understand that the game of baseball has certain risks and dangers incidental to the game, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual playing of the game, including without limitation, injury from thrown bats, thrown or batted balls, and spectator conduct.

Guests are asked to keep on-alert to what is occurring around them and on the field, assuming the risks and dangers incidental to the game as a condition of being at the ballpark.

FRONTGATE OUTDOOR LUXURY SUITE

Located in the gap next to the Boone County Bourbon Press Club, the Frontgate Outdoor Luxury Suite features spectacular views of the field from behind home plate, TV monitors, and game audio. It is an all-inclusive private party area with standard ballpark catering and two beers
per person.

The area also has outdoor patio furniture where guests can eat, drink, and socialize while watching the game. An exclusive catering staff assists you with any needs and a private restroom is available for your group throughout your event. This hospitality area accommodates groups of 30–48.

GARDEN BAR (BUDWEISER GARDEN BAR)

The Budweiser Garden Bar located at Crosley Terrace will open in conjunction with the other bars in GABP upon the opening of gates to the public. This feature is an area exclusively for fans with a ticket to the game to grab a drink and enjoy the garden atmosphere throughout the game.

There is also a bar outside the gates, which is located on the western side of the Administrative Offices, which will open before the game to provide guests with the opportunity to grab a beer while they are going to the gates. This bar will close down at game time.

GATES OPEN

In 2024, the below gate times will be used during the season:

  • Opening Day (3/28), all gates will open 2 hours prior to the scheduled start of the game.
  • All other games, all gates will open 90 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the game.

The Reds do reserve the right to alter the scheduled entry time in coordination with the City of Cincinnati.

GUEST INTERFERENCE

Guests trespassing or interfering with play are subject to ejection along with the possibility of arrest and prosecution.

Trespassing includes:

  • Attempting to or trespassing onto any portion of the field or adjacent areas.
  • Attempting to or trespassing into any restricted area.

Interference with play includes:

  • Throwing any object onto the playing field.
  • Using an object or mechanism to distract personnel on the field or in the dugouts.
  • Interfering with a ball that is in play.

THE HANDLEBAR

This indoor and outdoor ticketed space offers an upscale, luxurious option to watch the game. The outdoor group seating area features three tiers of seating with a capacity of 110 Guests. Different seat options are available for groups of 10–14+, including a number of 30-inch wide, oversized seats featuring power outlets for phone charging and a table for food and beverages. Guests outside will also have a server to attend to their needs, as well as full access to all accommodations inside. Guests can purchase individual tickets to the inside of The Handlebar, which accommodates up to 225. The interior includes lounge seating, a 26-foot long video board and numerous other TVs. There is all-inclusive food and non-alcoholic drinks PLUS 6 drink tickets good for alcoholic beverages redeemable only in the Handlebar. The Handlebar can also be rented out exclusively for groups of 180-plus! Individuals with passes to the Handlebar have outdoor access and a live view of the game from the Handlebar Terrace located on the level below, adjacent to the Party Decks.

HOME PLATE SUPER SUITE

This gorgeous super suite is one of the most popular hospitality areas the Reds have to offer. It is an all-inclusive private party area with an upscale buffet, full beverage service, private bartenders, private restrooms and great views. The Home Plate Super Suite is the best-of-the-best of our hospitality options. Located on the 2nd level with fantastic views between home plate and first base, the suite’s sliding glass doors add the perfect touch to this beautiful space. This hospitality area accommodates groups of 30–40.

At every Reds game, a member of the United States Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, Space Force) will be recognized as the “altafiber Hometown Hero.”

INAPPROPRIATE CLOTHING

The Reds reserve the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that is considered inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other Ballpark patrons.

Attire that is not appropriate for the Ballpark and which may result in refusal of admittance or ejection, includes but is not limited to:

  • Costumes and costume masks

  • Except for specific themed events held by the Reds at Great American Ball Park

  • Clothing with objectionable material, including profane language or obscene graphics

  • Excessively torn clothing

  • Clothing which, by nature, exposes excessive portions of the skin that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment

The Reds respect and support guests’ rights to express their political views. However, items of dress that express political views through the use of profane language or obscene graphics are not permitted and so long as the offending language is visible to other patrons may be refused admission or asked to leave the Ballpark.

INSPECTION PROCEDURES/METAL DETECTION

Fan and carry-in item screening at the Great American Ball Park is part of the Cincinnati Reds approach to enhance the safety of our fans, players, and employees.

All fans and staff will be required to undergo a metal detector scan. Wallets, keys, and phones should be able to stay in their pockets or held above the head.

Public Safety staff will provide assistance for the screening process if the need arises, such as if a medical condition prohibits a guest from going through metal detection. In those circumstances other screening accommodations will be made.

All carry-in items will be inspected at entry for prohibited items and are subject to search anytime while inside of GABP.

Guests that refuse metal detection or a carry-in item inspection will be refused entry or asked to leave the Ballpark.

Bags or other items left unattended anywhere on the property of Great American Ball Park will be immediately inspected by Public Safety and removed.

LEFT FIELD SUPER SUITE (FUJITEC SUPER SUITE)

Fantastic views of the field from down the third-base line can be seen from the seating outside the Fujitec Super Suite. Inside the suite guests can enjoy private bar staff, and TVs. This suite is an all-inclusive private suite with a standard buffet and two beers per person. This hospitality area accommodates groups of 35–56.

LOST AND FOUND

Guests may inquire about lost and found articles by calling (513) 765-7911 or asking at the TriHealth Fan Accommodation Stations from gate opening to the conclusion of the game. The Cincinnati Reds are not responsible for any items left on premises.

LOST CHILDREN/MISSING PERSONS

Guests should report a missing person to any Ballpark staff member, law enforcement officer or at a TriHealth Fan Accommodation Station immediately. Subsequently, efforts will be taken, working closely with law enforcement and security, to locate and reunite the missing person. To assist with missing children, parents can stop at the Terrace Level TriHealth Fan Accommodation location to pick up a wristband for their child to wear during their visit. Parents can fill in their name, their child’s name, and their phone number to assist Reds staff in the reunification process.

NOISEMAKERS

Noisemakers such as thunder sticks, air horns, whistles, clappers and other such items that incur an audible nuisance upon guests are not permitted in the ballpark.

NURSING SUITES

These private areas are open to moms and babies for breastfeeding. These spaces feature comfortable gliders, sinks, ice and refrigeration, private restrooms, changing stations and lockers for storing your nursing items during the game. Only nursing mothers are permitted into the areas.

Rocking chairs are outside of the Pampers Nursing Suite while waiting for an open nursing seat or others wishing to relax with their babies.

The two Nursing Suite locations:

  • Pampers Nursing Suite Built by Fischer Homes:Located on the Suite Level, go to the Bally Sports Club elevator featuring Rosie Red and the Pampers Nursing Suite logo and take it to Suite Level.

With flat-screen TVs, a private bar and staff, and indoor/outdoor seating options, the Outfield Super Suite has it all! Single game accessible parking is available to accessible guests in the eastern section of Central Riverfront Garage for $25 or in the East Garage for $15. These spaces are pay-upon-entry and are sold on a first come, first served basis, based on availability.

On-Site Parking: Day of game parking is offered in the eastern side of Central Riverfront Garage for $25, the western side of Central Riverfront Garage for $21, East Garage for $15, Broadway Ave Lot for $25 or Lot E for $15 These areas are pay-upon-entry and will be Credit Card ONLY. Parking will be sold on a first come, first served basis, based on availability. The Great American Ball Park parking lots open 5 hours before game time.

Accessible Parking/Drop-Off: The accessible pickup/drop-off zone is located on Joe Nuxhall Way, between Mehring Way and Freedom Way, along the west side of Great American Ball Park. There is a second accessible pick/drop off zone located at the corner of Broadway and Mehring Way on the Southeast corner of the ballpark. Cars, vans and small buses displaying a valid accessible placard or valid accessible license plate will be permitted to enter the pickup/drop-off zone beginning one half (1/2) hour before gates open to approximately one (1) hour after the conclusion of the game. Large school buses and large charter/tour buses are prohibited from entering this zone. Guests traveling to the ballpark in a large school bus or large charter/tour bus should contact the Group Sales department at (513) 765-7600 for information on bus pickup and drop-off locations.

PARTY BARN

Located in the First Star Fan Zone and overlooking the Ohio River, this semi-private covered area accommodates multiple groups of 15 or more (maximum capacity of 200) with tables and chairs for use during pregame meals and for networking. The package includes a catered buffet, two beers per person, and seats located in Section 137 down the right-field line.

PARTY DECKS

Groups can enjoy the game from a covered deck down the first-base line in right field, or they can take a seat in the Party Deck’s padded ballpark seating for up-close views of the game. The deck area and the adjacent 102 seats accommodate parties of up to 140, or the Party Deck can be divided for two smaller groups of 50–70. The package includes a game ticket, catered buffet and two beers per person.

POWER ALLEY PATIO

Enjoy a fantastic view of the game from this area just above the Reds’ bullpen in center field. A private bar and patio are located under partial cover with a retractable awning for additional coverage if needed. The patio accommodates parties of 30–50 and the package includes a game ticket, catered buffet and two beers per person.

Below is a list of items that are prohibited to be brought into Great American Ball Park. Please do not attempt to transport them into the Ballpark. Violations will result in refusal of entry, ejection, or criminal prosecution.

  • With the exception of Service Animals as defined by law

  • Glass bottles, cans, and opened plastic bottles.

  • Sealed plastic bottles of non-alcoholic beverages are permitted

  • Illegal substances or similar paraphernalia

Items that for whatever the reason cannot be thoroughly inspected will be subject to denial of entry or removal.

PROMOTIONAL ITEMS

A current schedule of promotional dates is available at reds.com/promotions. All giveaway items are scheduled to be distributed on the game day specified, when the gates open, on a first-come, first-served basis. Each ticketed guest that is within any specified age limit will receive one (1) giveaway item (while supplies last). Guests with multiple tickets must exit and reenter the ballpark in order to receive multiple giveaway items. There are no exceptions to this policy. Due to disruption of the supply chain, the dates of promotional giveaways and the quantities of promotional items are uncertain. The Reds do not guarantee that promotional items will be made available to patrons on the originally scheduled promotional giveaway date. Please visit reds.com/promotions closer to the giveaway date to confirm availability.

PUBLIC ADDRESS PAGING

It is impractical for the Reds to permit public address or scoreboard paging. Therefore, unless it is life-threatening emergency that can be confirmed through law enforcement or senior hospital personnel and approved by the Sr. Vice President of Facilities & Operations paging will not occur for any purpose.

It is suggested that Guests that do not have a communications device (i.e. cellular telephone) and feel that they will receive a request to leave the ballpark (i.e. for a medical situation) provide their seating location to a family member, business associate, or a TriHealth Fan Accommodation Station. Then if a message is needed to be relayed, the caller can provide the name of the guest and their seating location so that a ballpark representative can deliver a message.

PUBLICATIONS

Media Guide: The Cincinnati Reds Media Guide features complete player biographies and statistics, along with information on the Reds’ Major League and Minor League teams. A free digital copy of the guide is available at reds.com.

Reds Yearbook Magazine: The Reds Yearbook Magazine combines profiles of Reds players, opponents and minor leaguers with historical Reds features and an expanded guide to the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum presented by Dinsmore. Fans also will find information on the club’s community involvement, upcoming promotions, facts about Great American Ball Park and much more. The Reds Yearbook Magazine can be purchased through vendors and various souvenir stands around the ballpark, the Reds Team Shop, the Gameday Pro Shop and online at reds.com.

The Connector is an electric mode of streetcar transportation operating on a 3.6-mile loop connecting key communities in the city’s urban core.

The streetcar is a vital complement to the city’s existing metro and other transportation systems and is free to ride.

RADIOS

Portable radios are permitted in Great American Ball Park provided their dimensions do not exceed the 16” x 16” x 8”.

Radio will need to be operable. If it does not work, it will not be permitted into the ballpark. Guests are asked to listen to the radio at a respectful volume that does not disturb other guests. Headphones are encouraged for portable radio usage inside Great American Ball Park.

Items such as HAM, CB, two-way radios, or other mechanical devices (except required guest medical devices) are not permitted to be brought into Great American Ball Park.

RAIN DELAYS

Weather can affect the start and/or continuation of the game.

The Reds, in consultation with Major League Baseball, will be responsible for delaying the start of a game during threatening weather situations.

Once the team managers meet with the home plate umpire and exchange lineup cards. The decision to delay or postpone a game falls under the authority of Major League Baseball through the Umpire Crew Chief.

Major League Baseball has the sole and unquestioned authority to determine whether and when play shall be halted during a game, whether and when play shall be resumed, and whether and when a game shall be postponed because of bad weather or unfit playing conditions.

If a game has been postponed, guests will be instructed through the media as to how they will need to use or exchange their tickets for the postponed game.

REDS COMMUNITY FUND

Overview

Since its inception in 2001, the Reds Community Fund (RCF) has used baseball and softball as a vehicle to improve the lives of youth and to better our community. As a separate, independent 501(c)3 non-profit affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds, the RCF strives to create programming that connects underserved children ages 4–18 with baseball and softball while providing educational and personal development opportunities to help improve their futures. The Reds Community Fund is also committed to renovating ball fields and neighborhood improvement, to build stronger and more resilient communities. The RCF is focused on growing its world-class programming that currently invests over $2 million and impacts more than 50,000 kids and coaches across Reds Country.

Reds Youth Academy

The Reds Youth Academy provides free, year-round baseball and softball training programs to youth ages 4 to 18. It serves as the hub for the RCF’s outreach activities and hosts over 2,500 athletes each year. Academy programming brings education and sport together to provide underserved children with an opportunity to level the playing field. Split the Pot

The Reds Community Fund Split the Pot 50/50 Raffle will be operated during all Reds games (both home and away) throughout the 2024 season. One lucky fan will be chosen as the cash prize winner of each jackpot at the conclusion of every Reds home series. “Early Bird” prizes will also be available throughout the 2024 season. At the conclusion of each Reds road trip, one lucky winner will receive an autographed item from a Reds player or a Lucky Fan Experience at a future Reds game. REDS FANTASY CAMP

PNC is the premier partner of Reds Fantasy Camp.

Baseball fans 30 years of age and older (28 and older if you attend with a family member) get the opportunity to play baseball for a full week at the Reds Spring Training facility in Goodyear, Arizona. Participants enjoy a true major league experience–instruction/ and coaching from former Reds players, their own Reds major league uniform with their name and number on the back, a locker in the Reds clubhouse, accommodations at a local hotel, and much more! Reds Fantasy Camp usually takes place in late January or early February just before the start of Spring Training. REDS HALL OF FAME AND MUSEUM PRESENTED BY DINSMORE

The Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame and Museum is located on the west side of Great American Ball Park on Joe Nuxhall Way. The museum includes exhibits and state of the art interactive experiences. The renovated museum’s highlights include: the Pursuit of a Dream Exhibit presented by African American Capital Enterprises, the First Nine exhibit that tells the story of the 1869 Red Stockings, the Reds Timeline exhibit that includes hundreds of artifacts from the club’s foundational seasons to the present day, the George and Kim Vincent Baseball Card Archive that displays over 5,000 Reds cards from the 19th century to the present day and a new Hall of Fame plaque room that allows visitors to learn about and experience the careers of Reds Hall of Famers like never before and the Williams Family Champions Gallery that serves as the permanent home of the Reds World Series trophies. In 2024, the museum features The Long Ball: A Home Run History of the Reds presented by Dinsmore, an exhibit experience that captures all of the excitement and drama of the home run. The exhibit highlights the great home run hitters and most unforgettable home runs throughout Reds history. From the legendary to the unexpected, “The Long Ball” touches all the bases in this celebration of one of the game’s signature moments and salutes the Reds players who have forever etched their names in the annals of home run lore.

The Reds Hall of Fame’s annual collectible gift series kicks off in May with an exclusive George Foster bobblehead followed by a Barry Larkin bobblehead in June. The Hall of Fame is open seven days a week during the season from 10 a.m.–5 p.m. each day and has extended hours on game days. When the Reds play a night game, the Hall of Fame is open from 10 a.m.–8 p.m. When the Reds play a day game, the Hall of Fame is open from 10 until two hours after the end of the game. Step up and take a swing in the Hall of Fame batting cages and show off your batting skills to your friends and family. REDSFEST

Bally Sports Ohio Redsfest presented by PNC is the official annual winter warm-up of the Cincinnati Reds. Traditionally held in early December at the Duke Energy Convention Center, this event features games and activities for kids of all ages, including interaction with past, current and future stars of the Cincinnati Reds. RE-ENTRY POLICY

Limited re-entry is permitted at Great American Ball Park.

Guests can use the re-entry system by reporting to the designated gates at the Gapper’s Alley, to have their ticket scanned. Guests are subject to metal detection screening upon re-entry and there will be no carry-in items permitted through the re-entry gate. If a Guest uses any other gate, other than the designated gate for re-entry to exit they will not be able to partake in the re-entry service.

RESTROOMS (PUBLIC)

Public Restrooms are conveniently located throughout Great American Ball Park. All restrooms at Great American Ball Park have diaper-changing stations available and are accessible to Guests with disabilities. Social distancing measures have been instituted, including closing off every other sink and for the men, every other urinal. RETIRED JERSEYS

On the façade located under the Boone County Bourbon Press Club and Broadcast Booths in Great American Ball Park are all the retired Reds numbers. The 10 Reds who have had their numbers retired are #1 Fred Hutchinson, #5 Johnny Bench, #8 Joe Morgan, #10 Sparky Anderson, #11 Barry Larkin, #13 David Concepcion, #14 Pete Rose, #18 Ted Kluszewski, #20 Frank Robinson and #24 Tony Perez. All Major League Baseball teams have retired #42 to honor Jackie Robinson’s contributions to the game
of baseball.

Also, on the façade are the retired microphones of Waite Hoyt, Joe Nuxhall and Marty Brennaman. Retired in 2007, these microphones symbolize three of the great radio broadcasters that have called Reds games throughout the years.

SERVICE ANIMALS

In accordance with state and federal law, service dogs and miniature horses assisting guests with disabilities are permitted inside Great American Ball Park. Other animals, including comfort animals, are not permitted in Great American Ball Park.

SEVERE WEATHER

A central focus of the Reds is to provide a safe environment for everyone at the Ballpark. Cincinnati is in an area of the county where severe weather can arise quickly and become a safety concern for guests. Therefore, weather is continuously monitored through local and regional sources.

If severe weather threatens the Ballpark, information will be communicated to guests by the ballpark staff, public address announcer, and/or the scoreboard. In the event that guests are requested to leave the seating bowl and shelter-in-place, guests are asked to quickly shelter in the covered concourses, restrooms, parking garage or other enclosed areas.

SMOKING POLICY

Great American Ball Park has been designated as a completely non-smoking facility under Ohio Law. Therefore, it is the obligation of staff to ensure that smoking or vaping of any substance does not occur inside Great American Ball Park. Violators may be subject to ejection and potential fines.

There is a designated smoking area, outside of Gapper’s Alley (Gate B) behind Section 119, that is available for those that wish to smoke. Guests inside of the ballpark can use the re-entry gate at the Gapper’s Alley gates to gain access to the smoking area. Guests are subject to metal detection and carry-in item screening upon re-entry and all other entry policies remain in place. If a guest uses any other gate to exit, other than the designated gate for re-entry, they will not be able to partake in the re-entry service.

The smoking area may permanently or temporarily closed and/or individuals refused access at the sole discretion of the Reds.

The Third Base Super Suite is the only terrace-level super suite in Great American Ball Park. For groups of 30–40 people, this is the best experience we have to offer.

TRIPLE PLAY SUITES PRESENTED BY CUTWATER SPIRITS

A trio of climate-controlled suites available for groups to purchase at Great American Ball Park has been dubbed the Triple Play Suites presented by Cutwater Seltzer. All suites offer outdoor, padded, stadium-style seats, indoor seating, TVs, private restrooms and exclusive catering staff. Suite #13 (a dedication to Dave Concepcion) can accommodate up to 35 people (25-person minimum). Suites #8 (Joe Morgan) and #24 (Tony Perez) can accommodate up to 32 people (25-person minimum). Larger groups may combine two or all three of the Triple Play Party Suites. Included with the game ticket is a catered buffet and two beers per person.

A Game Day Team member will escort you to your seat and can pick you up when you are ready to leave. Wheelchairs are not available for personal use during the event.

WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP BANNERS

As another way of honoring the team’s rich history, banners depicting the Reds’ five World Series championship years (1919, 1940, 1975, 1976 and 1990) were installed prior to the 2005 season. These are located on the facade in left field underneath the Machine Room Patio.
