I am a new member and wanted to share my story with fellow enthusaists. Feb 2009 I was the victim of a hit and run by a drunk driver... the following picture was the result of getting hit by a Chevy 3500 driven by a drunk driver. RIP Sylvia (12/1991-02/2009) PLEASE POST SUPPORT IF YOU ARE AGAINST DRUNK DRIVING! Thank you NICO members!

thats harsh, just brutal. that guy needs to be brought to justice for distroying suck a beauty hope you made it out ok, no injuries.

it just ripped the tire and strut off the car that guy must have been moving

you're soooo lucky to have walked out of that! Man! Hate drunk drivers...no exception. I can't figure out how people get away with four or five dui's and still drive. I'll bet that driver had had one before....

wow man im happy your okay! i saw another crash with a chevy 3500 like a month ago with a red 240, that thing disappeared its head lights were like 200 feet away from the car and it was bent in half touching the other side. glad that didn't happen to you.

Glad to know that you're alright at least. Thankfully he hit you on the passenger side. Sorry about the car, though. At least 240s are cheap enough you can replace.

actually, it was a "workforce edition" i believe, and he had a font end bumper, so not only did he drive off, but his front end was barely damaged. he had the mounting brackets for a snow plow, which is why he got so low on me. he was caught later on when his wife turned him in. and yes, this was his 2nd DUI

Damn dude that was a pretty hard hit. Im glad you made it out ok.I was hit by a drunk driver in a car i was riding in when i was 13, I didnt have a seatbelt on and was thrown out of the passenger side window and proceded to bounce across the 4 lane. thankfully an on comming car stopped and blocked traffic so i wouldnt get ran over, i came to a rest in the middle of the interstate on the opposite side. There is absoutly no excuse for drinking and driving, I dont care how "good" you think you are at it!! And what really pisses me off is that there are people like this D-bag that wasnt his first offence.

wow and i was b****ing earlier about having to tow my 240 to kentucky...im glad u made it man u are luckyi hope that bastard gets the max penalty.a friend of a friend of mine was killed on his motorcycle by a drunk driver

jesus! I'm glad you are ok! I was hit by a drunk drive once before. We were hit head on and rear ended on interstate 294 in the chicago land area. that messed my dads life up. I'll never forgive that person. Totally against people like that!

So sad, hope your'e ok , same thing happened to me here in Jersey, lady in Suburban with high alcohol level T-boned my 04 turbo sentra ,ripped my engine off and put me in the hospital for 3 weeks.

I have seen tons of people drinking while driving, every time I want to follow them wait til they park, steal their wheels and leaving a note that tells them they don't need those if they are drinking tiny bottles of jack and throwing them out of the window in front of me at a stop light.

WOW. I know youve heard it a lot but glad you're alright man. People can be so inconsiderate. Drunk drivers is actually one of the few things that piss me off and i usually dont get mad easy.

at least he got caught. one question... are you getting any insurance from this? maybe you can get enough for another s13?

BTW im doing community service at a local pet shelter 100 percent of the peolple doing community service with me are in for a DUI like 6 other people im the only one in thats not in for one
