What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Grand Rapids

We have a lovely little park for families and people with pets. stores and restaurants that you can walk to and close pubic transportation.

The little village is down the street. My favorite business is o&e eatery it's cheap food and they even serve people in the community that they know who don't have money. They provide free meals for them.

Lots of close, local restaurants. Lots of bars. Good taco places. Plenty of bus stops and convenience stores within walking distance. Close to hospitals and healthcare.

I like that my neighborhood is so close to downtown. There are great bars and restaurants right around the corner. I also like that my city is growing at a very rapid rate.

There many type of different people and families. I like going to the park. Also the store is close to my house. during the day.

It's very quiet and we see a lot of family walking Around. The schools are also very nice. They are well known to be a good school.
