Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Spiced Rum
  • 2 ounces Apple Cider or Apple Juice depending on your preference for a slightly more tart or sweet flavor
  • 1 tablespoon Caramel Syrup plus a bit more for garnish, if desired
  • Sugar & Cinnamon mix for rim optional
  • Apple slices for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Prepare the Glass:
  • Dip the rim of your serving glass in caramel syrup, then dip in the cinnamon sugar mix. Set aside.
  • Mix the Cocktail:
  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the spiced rum, apple cider (or apple juice), and 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup.
  • Fill the shaker with ice, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds, or until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
  • Serve:
  • Strain the cocktail into your prepared glass. If you prefer your cocktails on the rocks, you can fill the glass with ice cubes before straining the mixture into it.
  • Garnish with an apple slice if you want
